I usually don’t leave reviews on fast food, but the employees working this afternoon deserve it. All of them were super nice and accommodating to my 2 year old. They went above and beyond and they didn’t have to and all had great attitudes, which isn’t easy to do in the service industry. Hats off to you guys! especially the cashier and the employee who gave me a wet towel for my sons face.

We went through the drive through twice this month for my daughter and both times they told us to hold on and never came back to get our order. We drove around to the window and the guy was extremely rude asking if we needed something?! We were the only customers there and upon pulling up to the window the employees were all chasing each other around.

Have been here twice. First time the blizzard I order only had Reeses on the top one inch and just solid ice cream underneath for almost $6.00! A few days later we order burgers and once home found the all the items we specifically asked not to have on there for $24.00! If you want to throw away money this is your place to do it! Never again!!

Pretty normal DQ visit good cheeseburger and Onion rings like normal. Fair amount of seating inside. Soft serve was good like you’d expect according to Devin . Friendly staff and clean inside.

Cashier does not understand English very well,got drinks wrong,not worth trying to get it right . Guy who brought the food handed me ketchup packets covered in a sticky meds.got all over me. Shorted us A shake. Horrible help there period. Go elsewhere.

We came through the drive thru and the man taking our order asked us what we wanted and then cut us off when we were ordering and told us to wait. When we finally got to the window he read our order back correctly and then when he gave us the food it wasn’t correct and we told him what we were supposed to have. He proceeded to read it back to us from the screen and what he was reading was completely different from what he read to us in the beginning. He tried to tell us that is what we ordered and we had to take it. Someone else walked over and fixed it for us. We could hear him complaining through the window and it was just a very unpleasant experience. And he also forgot to give us our drink and we realized it too late and didn’t want to have to turn around and wait in line for another 20 minutes.
