I’ve grown up going to diary queen and have had some good memories at other locations. This was my first visit to this location and my only complaint is the price of the ice cream cake! $32.99 for a 10″ with no writing or anything. The sheet cake is even more! Honestly just gonna get a few blocks of ice cream and mash them together next time because honestly that’s all they’re doing. It was delicious tho….

We go here atleast once a week for a ice cream cone. Tonight we paid with $20 cash. When we got our change back we noticed it wasnt the correct amount back. We told her of the mistake and she told us we had only given her a $10 bill. My husband and I both told no that we had given her a $20 bill. Another girl walked up the window after talking with the cashier for a few minutes and told us that we did not hand her a $20 that we had given her a $10. Basically telling us that we were lying! We usually have a great experience here but not tonight. Atleast they were generous enough to remake our ice creams after they let them sit and melt while they talked…

We bought a Premium Ice Cream Cake $28 and change. When we mentioned it being for my sons birthday the girl Kaylee offered to write on it. We said sure. She didn’t secure the lid so as soon as I picked it up from the car the cake on cardboard slid right off the plastic container and onto the ground completely ruining it. I called the store and the girl took responsibility and offered to replace the cake. She mentioned how this is a very common issue with the lids on their cakes. It was to late for us to be able to return before the store closed so we made arrangements to return the next day. I showed up as soon as they opened but was told they were not going to honor the replacement. Maybe if I had photos which I had offered to take and show initially. Which felt like she was saying I was trying to fraud or lie about this situation. I didn’t have photos on my phone with me at the time so the manager on shift said it didn’t matter what was wrote on the clipboard, or told to me on the phone and agreed upon they would not make the situation right. I called the store after I went back to my moms and told them my son informed me he had taken photos and I could bring them in on his phone but she then even went back on that and said she still wouldn’t. A piece of tape would have prevented this from the beginning. If this is a known issue something needs to be done to prevent this in the future. Absolutely heartbreaking.

Went to get food, got the number 7 and it comes with the ice cream in the plastic. Asked for a cone instead per usual as this is NOT the first time I have made the request. Girl at the window proceeds to tell me she can’t change it out. I asked to buy a cone then and again told i cannot even buy a cone? Like what? Yes ma’am I can absolutely buy a cone. This is 2025. You didn’t even look for a resolution or ask for help. Because I know i can buy a cone. This is just ridiculous. Just absolute crap customer service. Not coming back here ever. Over a dang ice cream cone.

Restaurant is very clean, and festive. All decked out for Christmas. Not just your everyday tinsel, but real decorations I’d put in my home. Staff was, as always, clean professional and courteous. Food was the best fast food I’ve had ever! My wife and we’re just talking the other day about how the food NEVER looks like the picture. Well let me tell you, my food looked like it just jumped off the ad page. Cooked perfectly. Best fat food experience ever!
