Got a blizzard. It was barely mixed. The toppings were just sprinkled on so there wasn’t any toppings throughout the ice cream. I basically had to mix it myself and there was only like two pieces of cake and that’s it. Also, the blizzard wasn’t even full.

I’ve never have a bad meal here. The food ALWAYS comes to me fresh and correct. The drive through food are super nice and clearly enjoy their jobs. It’s my kids’ and I’s new favorite fast food place to stop while running errands in town. And we don’t even get the ice cream!

Just made a phone call very nicely appropriately if they had any ice cream cake that had any toys or any little Figurines on them that might be a good gag gift for my sister-in-law….. The food is great, and the service is usually great as well. My only complaint is that on this trip they had the AC blowing full force. Everyone one was complaining about the dining room being too cold.

My husband and I ate here today. The food was good but: Why does it have to be so cold in this restaurant? The last time we were here, multiple families are out on the patio but there were no tables left for us. We ate inside and suffered. I should add that I am typically warm instead of cold. Today, I brought a hoodie just in case. After ordering my husband said, ‘It is freezing in here. I had the hoodie but he did not so—we ate on the patio. Before going out I searched for a thermostat just to see what temp it was registering but could not find one. Is it a corporate order to run the thermostat this cold or is it just this location? I would REALLY appreciate a response to this situation.

The lady working the counter was super nice. She triple checked my order, offered a drink holder, made suggestions for ordering, made sure I had what I needed for a to go order and was so helpful. Restaurant quality service. Thank you!
