I have literally NEVER left the drive through window with everything I ordered. I know it gets busy but those kids need to slow down and make sure customers have everything they ordered and paid for. And when you get home and realize things are missing, they don’t answer the phone so you could let them know. Great food, good kids, but just blatantly lazy.

Not bad. An employee was cleaning the parking lot when we pulled in, the dining area was also clean and the bathrooms were ok. The person who took my order was real nice and my food didn’t take too long either. The burger and fries I ordered wasn’t too bad (the bun was flaky and somewhat stale) though my malt was pretty runny.

We drove from Belton to take food to our friend in an assisted living place nearby DQ. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers with everything, 3 fries, 3 shakes. When we got to our frie d we opened the sack and found three beef patties with everything BUT NO BUNS. Who the heck eats burgers with no buns?? We were passed. Needless to say our surprise was ruined and it wasn’t cheap either.
