When I was traveling, I ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait. I walked in. They were busy, so I wasn’t noticed right away, but when I was they were very friendly. However, my parfait, seemed off. It looked great, but the ice cream didn’t seem as cold as normal, the texture seemed lighter and less flavorful as other parfaits from other DQ’s. I had the impression of eating ice cream mixed with whipped topping. I ended up throwing more than half of it away.

Dairy Queen itself has changed the recipe for gravy with your chicken strip basket which is not very appealing. The staff at Maryville Dairy Queen made it up to me with a strawberry sundae very nice!

I have eaten here often and enjoyed it untill now it was the absolute worst food and servive i have ever recieved any where i requested no mustard on a burger and the sundae tasted like it has dirt in it and the rest of the food seemed like it was days old

This is by far one of the best Dairy Queens I’ve been to. Actually, it’s one of the best fast food restaurants in this town. The food is always fresh and fast. Not only does the food taste good, it looks good and the sandwiches are made well. I feel some of the other restaurants need to take lessons on how to make a sandwich from some of the employees at Dairy Queen. Also, the employees are always friendly.

Love love love the older gentleman who works the counter alot, ive never caught his name. But he’s 3/4 of the reason we keep coming back Everytime were in Maryville. He makes us feel so welcome, excellent customer service skills, but it’s more than that, he adds a personal touch to his service and we love it. He always goes out of his way to make sure we have a great experience there and always remembers us!. All the staff we’ve encountered there are very friendly and do the same. It’s probably the cleanest fast food place in town in my opinion. The orders are always done right, (and we’re picky), and done in a timely manner. Keep it up you all, you’re doing great!

When ordering with the app there are many times when the Maryville MO location doesn’t have what you are ordering. They don’t update the app to let it know that they don’t have it. When you pull up to the window they want you to pick something else for the same price. They do not know how to cancel an item from the order nor do they know how to cancel the order. Either they choose to be technology challenged or they are lazy and choose not to update the app when they don’t have an item and they don’t want to do a cancellation so they pressure you into getting something else that is of the same price. Your order won’t be changed, it will still show the original item but they will give you something else. If you cancel your order you drive away and hope they can cancel it later since they didn’t know how to do it when you are at the window.

Contacting DQ via their website is IMPOSSIBLE. It’s clear they don’t want to get involved with their franchises. If you are going to create an order, call them first to make sure they have it, then use the app, or you will be very frustrated.

This was the worst DQ I’ve been to. Portions were so small to the point I wondered if the staff deliberately cut them to be rude to my husband and I. Food took forever to get and the drive thru guy was giving us attitude over how we pronounce the word caramel. Seriously? Grow up and do your jobs. Don’t waste your time here.
