For fast food, one of the better experiences you can get. But I want to put the spotlight on specifically Noah. His service was absolutely the best. He was knowledgeable on the menu, very quick to help with anything, he would even drop whatever he was doing to help us ASAP. If anyone does it the best, it’s him. He’s the best kind of guy you’d want in any kind of service job.

Went here for lunch and was greeted right away by Elizabeth! She took our order and brought our meal out right away. She was so friendly and very personable.
I got the 4 piece chicken strip basket with gravy. Food came out hot and fresh. Plus the home made ranch is fire. This Dairy Queen actually gave you the perfect amount of fries compared to other Dairy Queen’s I have been to.
The restaurant doesn’t have a free style coke machine and I’m glad it didn’t. The free style machine makes the drinks taste awful and mixed together.
It was very clean, bright and a really nice designed building. It is a couple of years old but still looks brand new. Will definitely return to this location.

Placed a pickup order thru DoorDash, had to walk in store and only 1 of the 4 employees standing behind the counter acknowledged me. I had to ask 3 separate times for my order. Bottled water wss out and they wouldn’t refund the cost, just handed me another cup and said use the fountain. Don’t waste your time at this location.

We went on a Sunday around noon. There was 2 employees. I was impressed that they had booster seats and high chairs. The way the parking lot is, is almost univiting for people to want to go into the store though. I used to live next to a DQ when I was a kid and I would get the free dilly bar with the token, but apparently I have gone much as a 30+ year old with kids because I was shocked at our total. I spend less at sonic for nearly my same order. I digress. As I was looking I liked that the dilly bar has got some new options for sugar free, almond or coconut milk; they even had single serve ice cream cake. Cute!

Walked in and wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands. I get approached by a homeless man by the restroom asking for money. Why am I being solicited inside the restaurant?? Then went to ask for the restroom code and the lady absolutely refused to give it to me before I ordered. I explained to the lady I really needed to use it before I order and need to wash my dirty hands. She stays again, you will not get the code until you order food. I said i am obviously going to order and she was extremely rude so instead I walked out. Extremely ridiculous and petty that I could not use the restroom before I ordered. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER

Came here as a DoorDash at 9pm, my order was supposed to be done at 9:05, I didn’t get my order til 9:37 and all I had was 2 blizzards. Drive through was under the influence of something and couldn’t keep his grains together to even realize what he was doing.

I’m a big DQ fan, but the service here was honestly terrible. We ordered two Blizzards, and the cashier at the drive-thru window flipped over the first Blizzard, and then he didn’t flip over the second Blizzard. I saw that the Blizzard was already half-melted and I asked him, “You’re not gonna flip this one over?” And he looked at me point blank and replied, “Nah.” This is terrible service. He knew he was doing us dirty by giving us an old one that was melted. We’re never coming back here again.

At 7:36 PM, I placed a mobile order, specifying an estimated delivery time of 7:47 PM. Upon arriving at the mobile order pickup lane, I waited for approximately 30 minutes beyond the estimated time. Subsequently, I joined the line of customers and endured an additional 10 minutes of waiting. Upon reaching the front of the line, I was informed that the item I had ordered was unavailable, necessitating its cancellation. This experience raises concerns about the efficacy of mobile orders and mobile order lanes, as they often lead to extended wait times and inconvenience for customers. It would have been more prudent to wait in line with the general public at that juncture.

I just paid $7 for peanut buster parfait and they didn’t even fill the ice cream all the way up.. this gas been same the last few time.. so disappointed.. last time we asked them to fix it and they copped attitude.. didn’t bother this time m. Until they fix this issue.. not coming back… did same when paid for large sundae
