We drive through for a sweet treat on a nice afternoon. I ordered a small blizzard, my husband ordered a medium in a different flavor. We were clear. We ordered one first, worker confirmed over intercom. Then we ordered the second one and the server confirmed. When we arrived at the window, the Blizzards were reversed. Yes, first world problem, but when we told the employee that it was inaccurate, he showed zero interest in correcting the mistake. ZERO. Won’t return to this location.

8 got a 6pc chicken strip basket. Chicken was barely even warm, the fries were soggy oh & dont forget the bread wasnt even tosted just buttered. Probably 11:30am I went through drive thru & they weren’t busy at all.

DQ Grill & Chill is normally a solid bet for a quick lunch, but this location needs some help. The lady taking the orders was very kind, but the food was sad. A handful of mushy fries that were clumped together, 3 tiny chicken strips (even smaller than those shown in other reviews), and no dipping sauce included. The mix on the fountain soda was off; I could hardly recognize what I was drinking as Coke. They made my Sundae at the time of order as requested since I was going to take my food to go, but they forgot about it and it was half melted by the time I reminded them. Then my sad little lunch came out on a tray, so I packed it up myself and headed out. Seems like some additional training from Corporate would be helpful to bring this location up to DQ standards.

Customer service is always so nice. Food was steaming hot. Ice cream is always great.
Tip: if you can finish a peanut butter parietal but be extremely miserable afterwards, order the hot fudge sundae with peanuts instead. Yum!

Went through the drive thru to get dinner tonight. The first time there was very little communication. Drove 15 minutes back home just to see they forgot one of my cheeseburgers. Drove back to get it and the guy that was bagging the food tried to argue with me that he knew it was in there “I put it right on top.” I informed him I only got 2 of 3. He then finally got me another one. I promise I would make an extra 30min round trip for a cheeseburger.

We love DQ and their ice cream. However, this location has been having issues with Mobile orders. This was our second time ordering via DQ mobile app and picked up by drive thru and it took them 20 mins in total to locate the order and then make the order. 20 mins waiting in the drive thru is excessive. I’m not sure if the employees know how to manage mobile orders and if more training is needed but there are more issues ordering via mobile app than just casually driving thru which there are no issues with that. I believe one of the orders was made incorrectly but we waited so long and didn’t want to bother anymore. I hope they can improve their mobile order system or just don’t offer it at all if they will take longer and get the order wrong still. That’s the only issue. However, the quality of the ice cream is good here.

I decided to get some food on my way home, because I haven’t eaten all day. It’s 3:20 pm on a Friday. I ordered the $7 chicken strip meal deal. I am attaching a picture of what I got. There are hardly any fries in the box and the 3 chicken strips that were half the size of what the chicken strips usually are. I don’t know, the food was just very disappointing today.

Went through the drive through to get a kitty size dipcone, price was $3.80 – i told them to keep it. We all need to stand up to these prices and do without things that we love. That is ridiculous.There is not even a oneHalf cup of ice cream in a kitty size.

I went to dairy queen to get dinner for 3 and got everything I didn’t want. I didn’t get Onion ring just fries I asked for cheese curds instead of fries on my son’s meal asked for peanut butter blast add cookie dough and peanut butter sauce and more. Definitely wouldn’t go through the drive thru again

I ordered on the app and picked it up. They told me they were out of what I had ordered and couldn’t give me a refund. So I opted for something else. The chicken was so dry, onion rings and fries were very cold. The toast was very soggy. The drive-through guy was getting very frustrated because he couldn’t understand me. I contacted corporate (because I wanted my refund for food that they didn’t have) and only received a generic email back. No apology, no trying to rectify.
