I paid over $7 for a banana split. Asked for hot fudge instead of chocolate sauce. Not even a tsp of it. The bananas are hard as a rock, but by golly I got half a can of whip cream. Done with stingy DQ. I’ll go North for my ice cream, to enjoy what I paid for.

Staff is nice but seems like management doesn’t allow food to be made before or at least a small amount like normal places, you order food and your waiting for a extremely long time to just get a plain cheeseburger. This is also the third time I have came here this month and my plain cheeseburger wasn’t plain and it takes another 5 minutes to get another one made

Staff are nice and the food is good. Unfortunately if you order anything but ice cream, there will be a fairly long wait in the drive thru.
I ordered chicken tenders in the drive-thru, and it took 15 minutes to get a 4 piece tender. I am not sure if they’re understaffed, but this is a recurring problem.

If I could rate it lower, I would. The prices at this particular DQ are completely out of control. I have gone to DQs in Iowa where the ice cream prices were half the price they are at this particular location. Something seems fishy.

Only giving 1 star because it won’t allow me to give none. Took my daughter & sisters in for the “free cone day” Apon arrival we realized they weren’t free, not only that but not a single employee had gloves or a hairnet on. They were touching everybody’s cones. We then decided maybe to get blizzards so our cones wouldn’t be fingered by every employee in store. As we were waiting, I watched one girls long hair swoosh thru people’s cones as they frantically made them. I thought wow, this couldn’t get worse. It did. They handed us 4/5 of our blizzards. Our final blizzard came in a cup the employee was holding IN HER MOUTH. Absolutely disgusting.

Went with my daughter and grandsons. It was so hot inside that our ice cream melted way too fast. So uncomfortable! The tables we not clean, employees just sitting there and I counted 3 just sitting., it used to be clean and nice inside. It’s not anymore. I don’t think it’s the same owners anymore. We would have gone outside but they didn’t have the umbrellas up. But it was nicer outside than in. As far as the food, chicken fingers and fries.,they were ok. Grandsons ate them. Don’t think we will go there anymore. Sad!
