I’m sure it cause all the people who work here are pretty much all in high school. But while I was in the drive through I was handed a bag of food and left alone. The kids decided to just chit chat and mess around. While I’m still at the window. Finally They asked what else I needed and I told them I’m missing a drink a large fry and 2 blizzards. They only handed me my blizzards and fry no drink. So I had WALK IN and I have a broken back right now. I shouldn’t have to do that. I got home and my FOOD WAS ALL WRONG. So I had to drive ALLLL the way back and walk back in and demand for my food. Back is STILL BROKEN btw. Get your crew together or fire them idc. Cause I won’t be coming back.

The prices are high. I paid over eight dollars for a large blizzard. The “large” cup they give you would be considered a “medium” size cup anywhere else. The cup was not filled to the top. I pointed it out to the cashier. She said sorry. She was young and innocent. So I bit my tongue and said, thank you, and walked away. The value is not there.

Every time we go to this location there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. We either have to go back in/around or get home and realize it’s not there. Very frustrating. Something is wrong with your new-hire training if simple things like DRINKS are missed.
I worked in fast food for years and always verified what customers had and made sure each item was handed out.
This does NOT happen for us. We don’t even do complicated orders. My advice is to go to the Fruitland location. They never miss a beat and the physical location is better for traffic anyway lol

Stopped for dinner went through the drive thru got a kids meal the banana was not good it had been opened so the top was brown and mushy. It says it comes with a kids cone didn’t get that and the fries was old that came with my meal and the hamburger was over cooked both on mine and the kids meal.
