I ordered the new spicy chicken 4 pc basket. The chicken was inedible. It was tough and hard, like a rock in my hand. Honestly gross and so disappointing. This location was awesome in the early 2000s but quality has dropped off tremendously. I would consider better management and procedures. Look at Culver’s. Clean and friendly and consistent. Take some notes, this was hot garbage and the food wasn’t fit for a rabid racoon.

The page states they close later than they actually do. It states on Saturdays they close the drive thru at midnight but when asked they close the drive thru at 10. The blizzards are actually good just wish I didn’t drive all the way to be told they’re closed :/ hopefully corporate fixes this.

Friendly service and yummy ice cream.
White chocolate shake was very good. Service could have been better, a little crude, but fast service. But she was nice about the whipped cream. She was the only one working so maybe she was tired. I would definitely consider this white chocolate shake again someday.

$25 for two people and they got everything wrong. Asked for honey mustard not bbq twice ended up with bbq. Burger was ordered plain, had everything in it. Given medium sodas when we ordered large. Don’t waste your time and money.

Used DoorDash. Ordered a mocha fudge blizzard TWICE now and still messed up. First time was standard mocha fudge… and all I got was plain chocolate ice cream. This time all I got were Oreos in it making it effectively a cookies and coffee cream blizzard. I had also added Cheesecake Bits option. Didn’t get that nor the Chocolate Pieces in it. Seriously difficult to put 3 toppings in ice cream correctly or at all?? Photos attached is after I ate it halfway trying to find the bits in it after I realized there were none.

How hard is it to read an order and check the bag before sending it out. The order is literally TAPED TO THE BAG and there was still a burger and container of gravy(which i had to pay more for) missing.
