I used to frequent this DQ many years ago. Feeling a bit nostalgic, I decided to swing through the drive-thru for some DQ comfort food. Big mistake.
I ordered a kids 2-piece strip meal (strips, side, drink, and an ice cream treat) and a 4-piece strip meal with honey mustard and a Mountain Dew. During the order, the employee twice asked me to “wait a minute,” then randomly asked what kind of sundae I wanted — which confused me, since the kids meal comes with a treat, not a full sundae.
When I got to the window, I was handed a bag of food, a large water I never ordered, and a soda. There was no kids ice cream treat at all. When I pointed it out, I was told I had been charged for a full-size sundae I never ordered — and still did not receive the kids-size treat that was included in the meal I paid for. On top of that, the kids drink was missing entirely.

Dairy Queen in Louisiana, MO is amazing. Khushi and Daval Patel are really nice and always help with a big smile. The blue razz misty slush is tasty and they make me happy every time I go there!

The guy couldn’t understand English to the point he came out and used the pictures on the menu board. Charged me $45 for three bacon cheeseburgers that didn’t get the bacon. No fries or drinks. The food was drenched in sauce inedible altogether. Wouldn’t answer phones nobody that can understand the national language to fix the problem took 10 minutes and still messed up the order so bad they just basically stole three large combo price for three small single burgers that were made wrong. After playing pictionary with the guy taking the orders who cannot understand the language at all, and charged wrong for it. Undelivered entirely. Just trash. The franchise owners need to step in and get rid of the problems the whole company lost a customer for life thanks for the terrible trash service and God awful food and even worse service.

Hard to understand due to foreign accent. Clerks talk loud in foreign language. Burger was very small and tiny bit of hot sauce to call it “flamethrower.” Unfortunately not many options other than this.

Decided to have some ice cream on a hot day. Staff wasn’t real friendly, and just kept staring at you without saying much. Was a little hard to understand at times as well.
When my item was ready, the one staff member asked “for here or go” and I said I was eating it there. Went to hand me the item over the counter and as I went to grab it, he pulled it back to him & asked something that I couldn’t understand. I finally got my item and friend got hers shortly after.
We sat down to eat & as others mentioned, there were quite a few flies. Facility didn’t appear too awful dirty though. I started to eat my treat & had an awful gritty taste. I thought it was the ice cream until I realized it was the whipped cream on top. Not sure what brand the whippes cream was, but man it was nasty. Once I got it scraped off, the treat was much better.
Friend had a blizzard, and said they didn’t hand it to her upside down like they’re supposed to. Seemed most of her toppings/flavor was on the very top of the cup and not much below it. So either they didn’t mix it well or didn’t give much of the topping. So over half was thrown away.
While we were eating, the employees were talking loud and screaming/hollering quite a bit, in their language. So that was a little annoying to hear that while trying to enjoy a treat.
It was nice to have ice cream on a hot day, but not sure I’d go back.

Typical fast food restaurant. I always use the drive-through window. I normally just pop-in for ice-cream. Therefore I can only rate this Dairy Queen business on this service. Excellent the young lady at the window greets customers with a smile . She’s friendly and happy while waiting on the customer.
