We go here occasionally to reward the kids. Food quality is about on par with McDonalds. A bit too expensive in my opinion for what it is. Service has generally been good. Kids are always happy with their treats.

Treatmyself to the drive through for ice cream about once a week, always have a great experience. Always a cone or a peanut buster parfait. Tonight the ‘ice cream’ was WAY off. Visually off white and grainy, texture of cheap ice milk and leaving a bad after taste. No way the people working that aren’t noticing the difference. Bummer on one hand, but on the other I’ll save the weekly $.

Absolutely abysmal. Messed up my burger way beyond simple mistake. Heaven forbid someone not enjoy ketchup and ask for it to be left off, I have never seen a burger so demolished with ketchup. Not to mention they completely left off my lettuce and extra pickles. Maybe they should stick to just Blizzards and Fries, they got that part right.

I asked for a Pink unicorn cake for my boyfriend’s super soft (Letterkenny reference) surprise birthday. I was asked if I wanted the cake decorator to “just have fun with it” and I said absolutely. And you can tell they did! It was perfect and everyone loved it. The service I received was also wonderful! Thank you!

Had to drive all the way back to the store after getting home because their was hair in the sundae. They remade it and didn’t offer a refund on my order which was ruined by the time I got all the way back to the house. By then we had to leave to go to vb. It had taken over an hour of driving back&forth&them making the sundae and blizzard and full meal i originally picked up in the drive thru at 430 was now not getting eaten by the time I got back at almost 6 because we had to leave to make it practice in O’Fallon by 630 & we ended up being late rushing to get there because I tried to something fun for my son. Which turned into him not eating until 830pm & tossing his sundae in the freezer the second I got back.
