If your food gets to you warm it is delicious. But our order, when I got tired of waiting and went to ask about, was all cold because it had sat waiting for someone to deliver it because they only had 1 person at the counter and he was taking orders and must have forgotten about us the first order in the group of people that came in all about the same time. They did remake the order and I watched carefully for it to reach the counter and immediately went for it. One person alone cannot take orders and deliver orders, there should always be at least two people handling these task. This is a management problem and not entirely the the fault of the young man who took our order, he was polite and apologetic.

I think it is absolutely stupid, when you order an ultimate chocolate brownie blizzard and it is made with vanilla ice cream, if I wanted vanilla I would have ordered vanilla, then they put a cover on it that dies not have a hole in the top and since it is warm out by the ti.e you take the cover off it is melted and you are making a mess every where. So now it is in the freezer that I now have to wait for god knows how lo before I can eat it.because tje blizzard came so far up the cover that it could not be taken off without the melted ice cream going all over everything. So long dairy queen.☹☹☹☹☹☹

The flamethrower sandwich is the only reason it’s getting 2 stars. We paid nearly 40 bucks for 2 regular meals and a kids meal. We did get the cheese curds which I know are expensive for what they are, but we wanted to get something we really liked. The regular box wasn’t even half full of curds. Out of all the flamethrowers I’ve had, this one ranked about 6 on a scale of 1-10. The curds were a 2. Not absolutely horrendous, but not much above. I strongly doubt I’ll ever eat at this location again. I might give other locations a try and if they are anywhere near as bad as here, I’ll be done with DQ altogether. I used to love their food, and I hate to leave a review like this, but this was bad. I hope they improve so I can edit and change this review. Bk in st. Clair did and I changed my review there.

Well, I gave 3 stars because our ice cream was normal as-expected DQ ice cream. We had a good Samaritan pay our drive through order, so that was super nice.
