EXCELLENT customer service! Clean restaurant and the staff is great! As someone who owns multiple businesses they did a great job on asking if I wanted my fries large instead of regular sized and my ice cream after my food. It’s the little things. AND they even tipped my blizzard upside down like the commercials! Whoever owns this DQ-great job on the hiring!!! Not many DQ’s are like this. There were multiple older retired couples in here eating around lunch time, and that says something. Would return and recommend

I had to update my DQ app and it set this location as my new default for some reason. They’re extremely slow compared to other DQ locations. My order that went through to the DQ >1 mile away was done when I got there. I wasted like 10 mins having to go to this place and my food still wasn’t ready.
Wanna know why? THEY DIDN’T START THE ORDER UNTIL I ARRIVED. Never coming here again. What’s the point of a mobile order if you aren’t going to start it!?!?! Terrible management decision.
I got home and they didn’t even get the order right. How do you wait for the customer to get there, and still screw it up??? I ordered a 6pc and got 4pc.

Ordered on the app. Pickup inside 10.05pm. Show up at 10.07, lobby closed swing around the long drive thru line; ask if I can skip told no. I wait in line. Get to window 10.35, they can’t find my order in the fridge. Someone left it out on the counter for me to pick. Ask if it can be remade given it’s been out for 30 min. Guy goes we will. Hands me the brown bag, 10 min, i get home, the concrete is a milk shake. Clown show. Give me my refund.

When I say i want the blizzard with the meal i don’t know why that wouldn’t be instead of the drink. I came with a coupon trying to save money but instead I’m stuck paying WAY more than i would have and with a drink i never wanted.

Took my boys to get dinner and ice cream because hey – I wasn’t in the mood to cook, plus they deserved a good treat.
The line I will admit was long, but the wait was far from long and annoying. The service was friendly and straight to the point. No long wait at all – score!
Plus, they had dairy-free dilly bars! I had no clue so I figured why not try it and I will say, it’s just as tasty as the regular dairy dilly bar.
UPDATE: my son ordered a Dirt Pie blizzard and after digging and making ice cream soup, we didn’t spot a single gummy worm. Super disappointing because he was looking for it – that was lame.
I asked for a second dipping sauce and didn’t get it. My sons split the 4 piece tossed and sauced chicken strips and didn’t want them sharing a dipping sauce – that was lame too because I ordered two different types…

My son just left the DQ in Saint Ann, bought 2 medium hot fudge sundae’s and it 1 small skinny stream of ice cream in each container. I figured I’d do a review because I’m tired of being cheated.

Drive thru was rude. Canceled order and went inside and had a pleasant experience.inside was attentive and very nice. This is especially important as I had my daughter and her friends with me to grab an ice cream treat. Will ALWAYS inside in the future.
