Food is always fresh and staff is nice. We come here often and are always satisfied. Ice cream is the best. I have had people tell me they drive from Paducah just to eat the ice cream here because it is so good. Restaurant is clean. Restroom needs work.

What do you have to do to get a hot meal from this place? I got a four piece honey bbq basket and my chicken was cold. 10.84 for a cold meal is really disappointing. I’ll wait awhile before I decide to go back, if I ever do.

I went to dairy queen with my family because we wanted ice cream at the time and though it would have been a good idea, turns out it wasn’t in the slightest, I have a severe peanut allergy and I ordered an m&m blizzard and started eating it, it tasted funny and I had my friends try it and turns out it had straight up peanuts in it, I then went inside to complain about it and they said “I should have told them beforehand” im sorry that I don’t go screaming around “I HAVE A PEANUT ALLERGY, IF YOU SERVE ME PEANUTS I WILL DIE” you shouldn’t have made such a crucial mistake with an item like peanuts, knowing full well that peanut allergies are very common and you can kill someone, i risked my life for your mediocre ice cream

Their food is well prepared and always freshly cooked. Most of the employees are very understanding and very friendly. They’re great about people with emotional and mental health issues. They allowed my other halves emotional support pet to come inside with him.

The ladies running the counter would be much better off if the loud, obnoxious, boorishly rude arsehat running around wasn’t here. They were entirely pleasant, while he was sweatily up in our business while we tried to order, yelling orders and instructions to our very competent and pleasant server.
Now, to Super Douches credit, he did solve the one issue we had, but he did so by yelling to the girls from around the corner.

Super good place actually. This place is very nice and I love it, this place has a super good atmosphere and the employees are super nice. Also I highly recommend to go to this place! Also one downgrade is the place is good in all but its kinda small..

Okay so I normally don’t make reviews about anything, BUT, this place is so awesome.
Tonight I ordered a fish sandwich (ik, gross, sue me) with ketchup, mayo, and pickles only, as well as onion rings.
The fish sandwich was… spectacular, pickles covering the entire top bun, a good amount of ketchup and the perfect amount of mayo. They are the only place I’ll get a fish sandwich anymore cause it ISNT greasy.
Also, the turtle pecan blizzard? Yall did that.

They are all teenagers. It took 30 min in the drive thru. I got a 6 piece chicken strip basket and a cheese burger for my friend. I got my food and my friends burger was wrong and they put RANCH DRESSING IN MY BASKET which I thought could have been a mistake. NOPE went back in to them laughing and making fun of the the fact that they did it. So they did it on purpose and thought it was funny. So I made them give me a refund. What bothers me the most is it cost money to buy this food , then they have little kids making it for you with no adult to control them. I’m sorry but this is the worst experience I have ever had. When I went in the place was discusting. You can tell they don’t clean right. The place needs ADULT help bad.
