The fried food always tastes like a different food, such as my fries taste like fish. Employees have attitudes and not helpful. It takes forever to get your food for fast food. I have 30 minute lunch and work 2 minutes down the road and it takes my entire lunch to get my food. If you can go somewhere else……do so!

Friendly and fast service. The parking lot is on two sides of a small street with accessible and pick-up order parking next to the drive-through. They have great dessert to include a no sugar added Dilly Bar.

Spent 29 dollars for 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 onion ring and 2 shakes! Used the drive thru, place was empty. Sent back fries as they were cold, but when I got home the hamburger buns were stale as heck! Will NEVER go there again!!!

Very rude and inappropriate lady at register, my husband and I had just walked in the side entrance door and she yelled out very loudly in front of all other customers ” where do you think your going?” to my husband. That was heading toward the bathroom, and I was heading to counter to order. She rudely told my husband he could not use the bathroom it was for customers only she stated that it was her bathroom, I interrupted and said I was coming up to order and she rudely told us to leave. First time ever in that Dairy Queen and last. We were there around 11am or so on Sunday April 28,2024. Called corporate never have I been so embarrassed.

I ordered a sandwich with only extra mayo and pickle. The woman who took my order seemed annoyed and said “it comes with xyz ingredients” so I repeated what I wanted, because I worked fast food for years, and I think any fast food employee should take that to mean I just want it made to my liking not as it comes? And then she proceeded to put only mayo anyway, with no pickles. I just took it home and added them myself, so clearly not that big of an issue, just off putting that she didn’t seem to want to modify the sandwich. To my memory it doesn’t take extra long to make it different than the standard base, so I’m unsure why she seemed put out.
Edit*** Every time I go through here now and the same employee/manager is there, they make my food wrong and the manager has a bad attitude. Even though this location is around the corner from my house, I will be going to a different location from now on.

Was really slow. I had to go across the parking lot and wait. I ordered drinks and didn’t get straws… Didn’t get the fries with my meal and asked for Ranch for my chicken strips instead of gravy and still got gravy. Had waited so long and was already gone when I realized there was no fries with my meal.

Welp. Usually get decent service but I ordered an extra cup of dipping sauce tonight and was given 2 halves (which obviously equals 1 cup). Paid for 2 cups and got one. Nice rip-off tactic. Girl at the window was kind and professional. However, whoever filled those cups needs to rethink their life if they can’t even get Dairy Queen right. Yikes.
