Our local dairy queen freezers were broken. We were in need of an ice cream cake for a birthday. We made the drive to Cartersville’s Dairy Queen and found us a cake. The ladies working were helpful. The cake was delicious. Very pleased we were able to locate a ice-cream cake and celebrate the birthday.

Food service was fast, I went through drive through. I got an Oreo cupfection (ate it before I got home 10/10) and an 8 pc chicken strip box. Food was nice but the chicken was kindve hard :/ overall a great place to get sweets or food though

The food was great, and delivered very fast. However, it was too fast. They had it done before I even sat down sometimes. They likely had it sitting under a heat lamp. I don’t like that idea, but there’s not denying how great the food tastes. Service is mostly good, only had one bad experience. And the interior is nice just could use cleaning more often

I’ve tried giving this Dairy Queen several chances. I’m beyond disappointed with tonight’s service. I was served raw fries, and completely melted blizzards. We requested our blizzards with lids, so they did not seem to care about the quality. I will not be returning to this establishment, which is legitimately disappointing as a few years ago this was an amazing place to get dinner or ice cream. I don’t know if there has been a recent management change, but the quality has drastically gone down in the past few months.

Chicken strips were cold and not cooked enough. Also had a funky smell to them. Fries were also stale. Gravy had turned solid. Ice cream was great though!

Went through the drive-thru and got a half pound cheeseburger. I believe it’s a number six. Everything was good, fast service, cashier was polite, never had a bad experience at this location and I’ve been going for many years. I live in Carbondale and drive over here to get Dairy Queen. It’s not that our Dairy Queen’s not good but we have one of the oldest Dairy Queens in the nation and it doesn’t serve hot food only really good cold desserts. I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN ❤️❤️❤️

Service was terrible. I waited over 15 minutes in a pretty empty lobby for my food. It never came. I watched two guests order after me receive theres. I went up to the counter to request a refund for my order. Cashier walked over and mumbled to a manager “she didn’t get her food.” Then he came back with my order and slid it over to me. No apology or refund given.

I ordered from the drive through and I didn’t get my food until 30 minutes later! I had to go In there and tell them what I had ordered (which was only onion rings) and they apologized. They then immediately handed me my food. The drive through worker, Ellen is extremely rude and has an attitude at all times! I would not recommend going though that drive through and ordering onion rings.
