We had an extremely long wait at the drive thru for our food which in the less than 5 minute drive home was not hot. With the costs of fast food rising, the quality of the food and service shouldn’t decrease. The employee was less than enthusiastic about serving their customers.
In a small town there are not always many options, however this would be a reason that this establishment would not be near the top of my list.
Thankfully I live in an area where I have the options to remove a place from my list of frequented places.
It wouldn’t take much to make your customers experiences better. A genuine smile, apology for the delay, ask if there is anything else we needed.
Wouldn’t recommend unless your craving ice cream, because I believe it’s the only option in town for that.

Stopped in for a quick bite before an appointment. The girls at the counter were super attentive, respectful, and smiley with excellent customer service. Fast table service and drive thru. The food was delicious, probably one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve ever had from a fast food business. No joke! The interior was super clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The only reason why I gave 4 stars, is that the exterior had cigarette buds all along the walkway to the outside restroom. Inside the restroom, it was fully stocked, clean, trash was well kept, but the smell…. again of smoke was overwhelming. Maybe, when it gets warmer, prop that door open alittle, when not in use. Eew!

TERRIBLE service. Their time to close the dine in space is 9 yet the doors were locked at 8:30. No holidays or anything going on that could prompt this, and the ladies working inside are INCREDIBLY rude and have attitudes.

Some of the younger girls behind the counter have a shitty attitude,no personality and make faces when taking orders.Idk if they hate their job or are just mad because they actually have to do some work. DQ owner/management needs to have them retake customer services/training classes or something of that nature. It’s one of the reasons I don’t like going in there much.

2 $10 DQ meals (as listed) would have been $33 in total. They didn’t update their price menu and I would have thrown a fit if I didn’t have to get my kid fed and to his grandmother’s that they were false advertising prices but cooker heads prevailed. I hate to say it but I can’t support a place that’s jacked up their price almost by double, especially when I can make a better meal for less than that.

Went through the drive thru, repeated the order 3 times, per request. Got home the cheeseburger is barely warm, asked for pickles and there were ZERO. THE French fries were cold, no heat at all looks like they had been sitting since all day. Extremely disappointed to throw food away but not driving back .

Tonight I had to request the coupon(that came with meal) and receipt. Didn’t realize until home that ranch was missing and fries were cold and soggy. Had it been the first or second or maybe even third time same thing has happened, wouldn’t have bothered posting.

I have been here twice in the past month both times ordered very simply (two blizzards) BOTH times they failed to flip them upside down. This is quite disappointing and freighting because they claim quality is why they can flip it. If it’s not flipped how I am I supposed to know if it is safe for me and my child to eat.

So sick of going here asking for extra oreos, attempting to get a normal amount of oreos in my blizzard…. and getting an $8 20oz vanilla soft serve with some barely mixed in oreo crumb near the top.
