I won’t be going back. Previous time it was 4:30 p.m. and we were the only ones in the drive through and we ordered two of the $7.00 cheeseburger meals. We were told to park off to the side. 15 minutes later we got our meals only to find out the food was cold and hadn’t been freshly made. What was the delay? This time I ordered a medium hot fudge sundae. It wasn’t even an extra small with very little hot fudge. You can’t even make a sundae? I was a long time customer. No more. I gave one star but it looks like it somehow changed to five stars. Figures

I asked if my blizzard could have more m&m’s since you cant see hardly any. I was told the boss made it and if I wanted more it was an extra charge. If this is the way the bosses are making them I feel sorry for DQ. I will definitely not order another.

I love a peanut buster parfait. Tonight I went in drive thru. I was second in line and ordered a cheeseburger and PBP. I sat behind the 1st car for 6 minutes and when I got my order the PBP was soup. This happens all the time. Why make the ice cream treats when one orders and let it sit on the counter? For the price they charge you should get a fresh ice cream treats. My bill was $11 and change

One Conscience
This place use to be a great place to go but recently I’ve had nothing but problems. Nasty cold bacon, greasy non edible sausage. I’ve been a long time customer but don’t think I’m going back anymore. Also they have a thief that works there that stole my grand daughters pogo stick and although that isn’t a matter of dq itself the fact that this work yells loudly to all her fellow co workers hey that’s the kid I stole her pogo stick each time she is collecting money at the window is a problem for dq. Very poor morales and to brag about taking a 8 year olds pogo stick is a disgrace. Lost my business for good
2/24/24-So I actually tried this again, what a mistake!! I wait in line for 20 min, the girl shoves my bag at me after waiting this long and I get home and instead of garlic parm strips and a bbq strip , I have 2 bbq strips

Tried for ice. Cream. Employee on phone in dt letting my ice cream sit and melt. Paid extra for extra hot fudge and didn’t receive. If there were negatives for this review I’d give it!

Wasn’t a fan of the food what I got? There wasn’t very much of it, and it wasn’t the greatest I got chickens rip with garlic on it. Not a fan, I guess it was the basket. I guess that’s what you’d call it. I it was very unhappy with it because it looks like there is only a dozen fries that I got. That wasn’t a whole lot. The portions were ridiculously small

Seems to be a consistent theme and I see in the message. Dairy Queen says please give us another chance three months later you’re still making peanut butter parfaits and Sundaes with nothing on them. Easy fix but must not be important. I can confirm it’s still happening. I will not be back to this location or maybe any Dairy Queen. Expensive for nothing

I just came from dairy queen. I ordered a number 9 double cheese burger with ketchup and mayo and my daughter got a chicken strip kids meal with gravy. I got my receipt and noticed it said hot dog instead of double cheese burger. She said it was fine she that they would know what i wanted. I told the person at the second window of the issue as well. They asked me to pull forward. They also had 5 other cars pull forward and park. When I got me food again I asked if it was a double cheese burger she said it was so I left. I opened it and it was a small single burger… I paid over 18 dollars I wanted a double cheese burger with ketchup and mayo like I ordered. Frustrating experience. Why is there more chicken in my salad than lettuce 6 bucks should get you more than half a salad.

When I walked in, the workers were sitting on the front counter tops where they place your food. After placing my order, she entered the cash incorrectly and did not know how to issue my change. The manager, who too was a teenager, was clueless and voided the transaction. The problem is that I used a coupon that you can only scan once and she could not find a solution to give me my item for the sale price. She wanted my to pay the full price. Right…like that was going to happen. Really, you should not have to be forced to use debit or credit cards to make purchases!!!

Ordered 2 blizzards but by the time I get up to the window to get them they are completely melted. If there is going to be a wait in the drive thru don’t make the blizzards and just let them sit and melt.
