This Dairy Queen I give it two stars cause it has truck parking. Faythe was my cashier who took my order but she sat my cone on the counter with no paper towel or napkin on the counter. She seem to be the only trying to work while everyone else was holding there hands. I ask her to fix me other cone cause she sat my mines on the counter with nothing under there and she gotta attitude. I told the other young lady since she got a an attitude I will like my money back but she didn’t wanna give it to me cause she was taking up for her co-worker saying she didn’t have an attitude but I know an attitude when I see one but also they had patience cause they tap was not working and I had to get my wallet. So no I will not stop here again. I work to hard for my money for ppl to have an attitudes. I worked in a fast food restaurant and an up scaled restaurants before I start driving trucks. The customer is always right some of the time . But in my case I was right

So been to this dq a couple of times . The food is always old and cold and the people behind the counter are as rude as I have met. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The manager here is the worst !

Every time we eat here the food is hot and fresh. My kids love the play place, which is cleaner than most fast food playgrounds. Service is always great, everyone who works here is always nice and helpful, they regularly go above the fast food standard and ask if you need anything even after they drop off food or they’ll bring extra napkins when I have my kiddos with me. They even asked once if the temperature was okay in the kid’s play place. If there’s ever been anything wrong with an order they fix it immediately, no fuss. Would 10/10 recommend!

You need to hire some new people. Flat out whoever the manager is tonight needs to learn how to control her crew. I did a mobile order and paid online and was to pick up my order at 9:06, I didn’t get my food until 9:28! That is completely ridiculous. The workers were just laughing and hooting and hollering and jacking around instead of being professional and getting the food out to the customers. Every single time I come here the line is around this time it takes forever to get through the line. But now I can come during the day when it’s different workers and get through the line in a decent amount of time.

Girl working drive-thru 8/13 in the evening let a dog from a car in front of me lick her hands, then watched her hand food to car in front of me.

I ordered a regular chicken strips combo with gravy on the side, and instead I got sauced chicken strips thrown in a box with a handful of shitty fries (like 10 max) and gave me ranch. It was all thrown in the box without care and was completely wrong. They also had another order of fries that were completely cold. Would not recommend ever going back there, disappointing as hell ://

Ordered indoor pickup. App said pickup at 8:07. Got to dq and the door is locked. Says dining room closes at 8. We order pickup because the drive thru is slow and usually lined up to the road.
