I use to love Dairy Queen…but I have yet to run across one like in the good Ole days. We were traveling out of state and thought we wld try 1 more time. We went thru drive thru, the girl kept asking for our order, when we asked for a few mins. 5 times she asked if we were ready. Mind you, there wasn’t anyone behind us, so we were in no hurry to order, when we weren’t sure what we wanted. Ordered the smothered chicken strip basket. Asked for parmsean garlic smothered. And asked for the white gravy as my dipping sauce. My strips were so dang spicy I cldnt get past 2 bites. Fries on both combos were barely warm. Toast was good tho, it at least was fresh. Ordered a sweet tea for a drink, had to send it back to them, bc it doesn’t state with lemon, but tea was 1/2lemon and the other 1/2 soured.

I do not know why I stopped coming into this location. I stopped through today and got a stack burger combo and it was great. The dude was nice at the counter they cooked the food fresh and it’s the first time in awhile I had a burger from anywhere that looked like the picture on the menu. Fresh fluffy buns, The patties where cooked perfect, cheese melted, bacon sticking out, fresh lettuce, fresh slices of tomatoes and onions.. like 5 fresh pickles. The fries were awesome. I should have taken a Pic. Good food.

Never order a cake through the phone. I did and come the next day went to pick up the cake, which none of the employees knew of. Dude told me to write down what I wanted so I did. He says give me 5 minutes, I said OK. He comes back with terribly written stuff on a cake without the decorations I asked for. Whatever, we pay go home and cut into the cake and its nothing I ordered. I paid $30 for a 8″ that was completely messed up.

Disgusting. Ordered a diet Pepsi. Tasted terrible with mixed flavors so swapped that for a regular Pepsi. Tasted the same. Fries were reheated and still not warm. Chicken was ok but after seeing the worker with a full length beard and no net on it was pretty gross. So…didn’t eat anything. If you are in Litchfield, just keep on going!! I will NEVER go to another DQ again after this experience. Place was disgustingly dirty. You could not even see through the drive thru window…that’s how filthy it was. I would rather eat garbage out of a garbage can.

I definitely feel gypped out of my money. The last two times I’ve been there the chicken has been undercooked. And they’re soda machine machines must be broken because the drinks always taste like dirt

Ordered a burger with no ketchup and no mayo, received a burger with extra ketchup and extra mayo. Sodas were flat. Tried to order a kids ice cream in a dish instead of a cone, but that was apparently not possible. Tables were dirty.
At least the floors were clean.

We stood at the counter for 15 minutes while staff worked on other orders. Three workers looked over at us but never even acknowledged us so we just left. The least they could’ve done is say “we’ll be with you in a minute”. There was one person waiting for ice cream inside when we arrived and only two cars in the drive through when we left.

Thanks for charging me for what I ordered but giving me less than what i ordered. Appreciate yall robbing me for my money. Asked for receipt but apparently they threw it away, without even asking if I wanted it. Now both DQ near me in a 15 minute drive are worthless and now I dont care to go back to either one

Always a quality blizzard and cone here. Shakes and malts are as well. As far as hot food goes they have the best cheese curds and onion rings in town. They do not however respond to the word thank you at checkout but this is a minor gripe,

The guy at the window cut us off while ordering. He seemed confused about the simple order. Once we got up to the window and paid, we were handed our ice cream and one of the modifications we had asked for (an extra pump of hot fudge) was very obviously missed. A simple mistake, so we asked politely before driving off if he could give us an extra pump or two of hot fudge. He said “No sorry we charge for that” AFTER I had already paid. I understand that it’s extra for certain things, but if he hasn’t cut off the order so abruptly maybe he would’ve heard the modifications we made. Not to mention that there were two workers outside cutting the grass TOGETHER. I believe they were managers, as I believe they’ve worked there longer than the other two inside the restaurant. Is mowing the grass really a two manager job?? There was only one mower!
