Service is usually good at this location, but this recent experience was poor. We ordered a 6-piece fry-ring basket and only received the fries and onion rings. We weren’t offered a receipt during the transaction and the lady didn’t read us the items back before confirming the order.
They handed us only the fries and onion rings, which is when we realized they probably missed the “6-piece” part of the order. After informing them of the issue, they just told us to buy 6 chicken strips and that it wasn’t that expensive (I don’t want to pay more than what I should’ve in the first place!). I would’ve expected them to at least refund the fry-rings and allow us to purchase the item we wanted.
Food and blizzard were good, about as expected.
TL;DR Just make sure to get a receipt if you order from here.

We decided to give this Dairy Queen a try last night. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for extra hot fudge, whip cream and a cherry. What I received was vanilla ice cream in a cup with some hard shell cherry nonsense, a very small drizzle of hot fudge and a little bit of whip cream.
I was charged extra for the hard shell cherry (that I did not want nor even knew existed), charged extra for the “extra” hot fudge, AND charged extra for the whipped cream! Tasted like plastic and was the most expensive sundae I ever bought and went straight in the trash.
We did question this in the drive thru. The guy just said well this is what you ordered and walked away .

Woman strung out on drugs, drunk etc was sleeping. They wake her up right when my young child and I are waiting for food. We have to go outside to get away from her as she wakes up agitated and pickup food in the drive thru. What a mess Edwardsville has become.

I dropped in for a blizzard and was met w/friendly smiles from the young man behind the counter, and a thoughtful young manager who actually came out to the dining room to ask me how I liked my blizzard (whose flavor he recommended). It was great. I had never been to this DQ before. The floor was spotless, the people behind the counter were motivated, and the product was tasty. This is a nice place. 10/10. Trust me when I say I would’ve nailed them to the wall if there was any issue at all. No deficiencies whatsoever. Exceptional.

I have loved this Dairy Queen for several years. I have found that this establishment is always clean, the food and ice cream is great, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. My go-to food item is one of the burger combos and I would put Dairy Queen’s burgers up against any fast food restaurant. You can’t go wrong with any of their ice cream items but I’m a oreo blizzard fan and my wife loves the seasonal cotton candy blizzard. Reasonably priced, great quality food and ice cream, and friendly faces will be found here.

Nice DQ! The restaurant and bathrooms were both clean, and the ice cream was delicious. They got our order wrong in the drive thru, but they gave us the messed up food along with the order they remade. Decent service, will visit again.

I have never experienced such great service at a fast food establishment. Harry (I think his name is Harry) at the register was so fun. Considerate and nice. So happy it made my day so much better. He was so nice and enthusiastic to everyone. Bright eyed and the regulars said he is always like that. What a great human being!
