After completing the 2024 Nebraska Passport program, we celebrated at Dairy Queen with the BOGO Blizzard deal on their app. It took a few minutes to place our order, but the cashier was friendly and took good care of us.

Hands down the worst DQ I’ve ever been to! Got a couple of cheese burgers so cold that the cheese wasn’t even close to being melted. Just sitting on top of the burger. I’m never going to go there again!! Can’t believe that they’re going to have another one in Chenoa!

They almost never get your order right at the Fairbury Illinois location. Just today I went in and got 2 chicken strip baskets, WITH gravy. And a chillie cheese dog. I asked for 2 cheeseburgers, plain. They thought I said 4. And they were not plain No gravy, no chillie cheese dog. I live about 20 minutes away, I opened my food and was disappointed by the dry sad display they had left me with. This isn’t even the first time this has happened. Do better.

Great ice cream and food choices from one of the top ice cream names around. Conveniently located, with plenty of parking. Nice basket options for the whole family. Staff is courteous and attentive. They also have ice cream cakes and pies for parties and birthdays.

One drive thru order, they forgot my drink. Latest drive thru i ordered chicken strip basket. Got home 7 miles north of town, and there was no country gravy, I called and the girl asked if I wanted to come get it, I said no, I’m 7 miles away. Then she said “we’ll I don’t know what you want me to do” very poor customer service!!! Never said I’m sorry!

Colton (the boy behind the counter) is not a good employee!!! Just looked at me when we walked in and didn’t say anything. Eventually groaned and turned around to talk to another coworker after we took a while to decide what we wanted. When we finally ordered, he seemed very annoyed and had attitude as if I was incovinencing him by ordering food. I felt very upset about this. I don’t normally write reviews but thought I should share this.

Went in around 8pm because its the closest to us and didnt feel like cooking. I am horribly picky due to my pregnancy and the kid behind the counter was so patient with me, even offerring suggestions tbat I might like. Afterwards, he made me a blizzard that i absolutely loved! And right now, this grouchy mama hates everything. Shoutout to Colton and the other girl working with him tonight who were just amazing.

I ordered an Oreo Blizzard, it was a very hot day. The blizzard doesn’t come with a top, annd no napkins were offered. To be fair, I forgot to ask. The Blizzard started to melt within seconds. It was a mess. I think Dairy Queen can afford to make an improvement, and make the Blizzard’s with a cover!

Last night I left Dairy Queen not realizing they never gave me my debit card back I called today as I realized (less than 24 hours later) & they said they didn’t have it. They proceeded to call me back and said they shredded my card. This is absolutely ridiculous. Negligent on their part for not returning my card in the first place but also for not giving me the chance to claim my personal belongings. And they didn’t even try to make it right in any way.
