Came in for a peanut buster parfait and ended up waiting 25 minutes after our order. Besides them jacking prices up to 7.11 we will not be back since our food was waiting 10 minutes before they would even acknowledge us. And as you can tell there tidiness equals 14 dollar ice cream. Such a joke

I’ve been to the location at least two times now once in the morning which is pretty relaxing with great smiles and another late night last night which was pretty steady. The crew were working hard and although it took a minute for the food. My snowdrift came out efficiently and the food was hot.

Typical well managed, well maintained Dairy Queen. Entrance is less than desirable but a good overall experience. I had a dilly bar and picnic peach. My partner had an order of onion rings and a peanut butter parfait. No surprise the bill was $21.06 WOW won’t be back anytime soon.
Stopped in for a quick chili dog and dilly bar today. Store was clean, staff was friendly and well trained. Better experience this time. Last time my banana split had fingernail marks all over the bananas. After seeing the lady who prepared it I understood why. Her nails were so fake and long she couldn’t actually touch anything with her fingers, disgusting.

Came in to get ice cream cones. I know prices have gone up but over 8.00 dollars for 2 small and they were small. The ice cream was very soft and wasn’t holding up. Nothing like our mom and pop ice cream stores but unfortunately they close for the winter. Girl was nice but score not good due to quality of ice cream.

Drove by the new Dairy Queen tonight located in East Peoria, it was supposed to be opening on March 21st but I just got word that they postponed it until May 2nd. I love that they Incorporated the giant spoon leaned up against the building! It’s so fun because we have a giant rooster, a giant ice cream cone, and now a giant spoon all on the same street! Doesn’t look like there’s going to be a lot of seating on the inside but it does have a nice big parking lot and outside seating with a fireplace! I was kind of surprised that it only had one entrance and you have to go down a side road just to get in and out so I’m a little concerned that there might be some traffic congestion in that little neighborhood area. It’s nice that this is one of the bigger ones too so they serve hot food and will remain open year-round, unlike the ones that just have ice cream only and are just open for a few months out of the year. Looking forward to visiting this place on opening day.

There is ZERO atmosphere because its a D.Q. It’s not fine dining. It’s staffed by a bunch of h.s. kids, mostly girls, and they are horrible to listen to. Filthy mouths, hateful attitudes and especially one employee whom I assume was/is some sort of shift lead or manager, who was reprimanding a female employee and unfortunately I could hear it all. It’s a good thing that wasn’t my daughter because I’d let her partner handle the hateful manager so I wouldn’t have to.
They never seem to know what’s going on, and one literal asked me if I was okay with vanilla ice cream for a hot fudge sundae. Seriously??
The Twistee Treat across the road might be a better option from now on.

This is a brand new building but food and service were really sketchy. Parts of our meals were missing and the cashier brought out food in her bare hands. over $50 for 3 basic meals. Very underwhelming.

all employees are great. The manager at night is so accommodating and I appreciate all your hard work. This is our go to me and my kids eat here regularly. We get a good meal and a treat all in one definitely run here don’t walk. This is a great Dairy Queen location
