Absolutely the worst DQ I’ve ever been too. Slow drive through and closed dining area and only got half of my RB Float. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLY RAN PLACE.

I love it when a place can get me out of a slumpy mood, and I’m not just talking about the yummy ice cream treats either! I had a very bad day today and all I wanted was ice cream and my bed, but the service I received was so kind and genuine and I ended up having a few little laughs with the staff and management. I ended up forgetting about the bad and smiled all the way home, in between my S’mores Blizzard bites of course!!! Usually when I go to places I just feel like another transaction to them, but not here today. I definitely recommend Ottawa Dairy Queen! Great service, quality items, and choices galore!!!

Terrible manager- she is rude, unhelpful and disrespectful. Must be awful place to work. She is unable to provide any form of customer service. She needs replaced. Avoid this DQ – Morris has a much better one.

By far the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever been too. The few times we want ice cream, we will come here and I order a snickers blizzard with extra snickers and every time, they do the opposite and barely put any snickers in. Then when you confront the staff about it, like my husband did tonight, the skinny lady working coped an attitude and when she finished making the new one, she slammed it on the counter. We will not return. Management needs to have a serious talk with their workers.
