I don’t hate this place but my order was really messed up, I’ve had better experience previously. My order was for a 6 pcs honey/bbq chix basket w/ranch sauce & carmel malt shake. I ended up w/a 4 pc chix basket, NOT 6pc, NO honey/bbq they were plain chix strips & bbq sauce, TOTALLY NOT what I wanted/ordered here. ALSO, the chix strips were sad looking too, VERY small for the cost of the chix basket I got. Only thing ended up being correct was the carmel malt… not sure if I’ll b going back there anytime soon??

There is water damage everywhere. When I looked up I could see a roll of toilet paper in the ceiling and the dusty ducts were exposed. They were out of most toppings and when we sat down to eat we could hear the cook loudly exclaim a cuss and talk about how two of the boxes they had been cooking out of had expired food. Granted, the people up front were trying their best but the rest was less than great. I will never go there again.

Im sorry but this place used to be good until they got bought out. I found hair in my food, was served ice cream when asked to have it later. Saw multiple health code violations this is just sad.

I’ve come here plenty of times in the past for some ice cream or a treat and it’s always been great. However, the food and the service can be a bit questionable at times, tho it doesn’t stop me from coming again and again

Always get a large banana split bizzard. They are not consistent with ingredients. I think they put the same amount in regardless of size. Most of time hardly any ingredients for $5.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. They sent out an artisan sandwich with cut up chicken. So we sent it back. Only to get tyne correct sandwich with a piece of chicken that barely covered half the bun. With comments “i hope it’s right, you can complain again if you want to” being made. Worst experience ever. Will no longer frequent this place.

They owe us about $70,000 in bread that’s always missing from our orders. They never give us the correct order, and for some odd reason, the lady with the strong accent gets unnecessarily upset with you when you ask them to repeat, even though she messed up the order. 2 out of 5. Would not recommend ‼️
