I ordered and paid for a full salad, but only got a half of one. Employees need more trainimg on how to prepare food. Unfortunately it’s probably that nobody stays there long enough to learn how to do that.

I had a coupon for two large blizzards. The girl that made them I’ve had chocolate milk that has been thicker when I got home and bitched about it she said they were short staffed and I said it’s not my problem. She said the chocolate milk is runnier than the white milk I said why are you using chocolate milk. I asked why she didn’t turn it upside down when she got done making it and said she probably put a solid lid on it. When I got home I took the lid off I had chocolate m&m milk everywhere. I called her she explained that not all participating Dairy Queens turn their blizards upside down and once again explain they were short-staffed which I replied once again is not my problem. I said that I would return immediately I wanted it made right. When I got there the other girl took them and made new ones. And then in the meantime well the first girl was making some type of ice cream and blending it the young man came out of the kitchen and she was telling him about me while I was watching her because he looked at me and he smiled and I smiled and nodded my head and I told the other girl I said you know that’s not too polite when I’m standing right here and I know that she’s bitching about me. This place really sucks

When i was there the other day, the old guy was treating his workers so poorly. Talking smack and unreasonably correcting them. Unacceptable. Then for the “cherry on top” i’m pretty sure i saw a rodent run across the lobby. something small and black. this is disgraceful. Food was good but lost my appetite after that. How could a place be this bad?

We stopped here to order a birthday icecream-cake for a family member. We also ordered shakes. Upon picking up the cake, we shared a peanut butter cup blizzard.
Everything we ordered was amazing! The strawberry shake had chunks of strawberries in it. The chunks of peanut butter in the blizzard were wonderful, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream cake.
The owner was also very nice and has an excellent sense of humor! They will get another visit from us soon!

Went to get some blizzards tonight and was sitting at the drive thru order box for quite a while (10+ minutes) a car behind us left because of the wait and then after we finally got to order it was another while to get our two blizzards, the s’mores one and a Reese’s caramel craze. Then on delivery it wasn’t flipped because it probably would have slid right out of the cup, was very runny and my s’mores was missing the chocolate pieces that go in it.

Clean restaurant, friendly and polite service. We ordered children’s meals and the $5 meal. I’ve had DQ meals in the past- several years ago, and let me tell you- DQ improved by leaps and bounds in that department.
The food was surprisingly good- you can taste the (better) difference in the burger meat like when you eat a burger patty from MCD 🙁 versus Burger King :). The fries were crispy and long- few bits/ too small pieces. No saggy fries!
I was very impressed at the size of the applesauce and the brand (Musselman’s). The kids even got Dasani water bottles- regular/ full size- yay! I wasn’t expecting that. I thought they might get the little 3.5 ounce bottles. And, the children’s ice cream cones were filled completely inside the cone with a generous helping/ swirl on top!
We upgraded our single topping sundaes to small Blizzards (+$1). It was worth it- the toppings were mixed in well and evenly. Generous serving for a small.
The value was great for the price. We’ll probably come here instead of go to Culver’s unless we really want to eat custard or fish.

Waited 20 mins (dine in) for our food. Tried to be patient but went up and asked when it’d be done. They realized they gave our food to a group of teenagers who just ate our food. Guess they thought “cool they just brought us free food.” So then I waited patiently for another 15 mins before I went back up and asked for a refund and voiced my frustration bc we had an appt to be at. The girl was apologetic but I heard her tell the manager I wanted a refill and she was like “ugh I’m trying gosh!” Then came out like I had flipped her world upside down. Gave me a refund and didn’t even apologize for anything.
Also, they can’t even clean up after themselves. The photo really doesn’t do justice but it was not clean. That strawberry topping to the right is all dried up and gross. Toppings everywhere. Machines don’t look clean. Will never go back to this location. Not the first time we’ve had issues. But this was the cherry on the sundae.

I ordered an Ice cream cake for my grandson’s graduation and I had to cancel ahead of time and let them know I would re order at a later date. There was not a problem. I did not call them on Monday of Memorial day as I did not think they were open. I called Tuesday for a cake for Wednesday. Nothing fancy. Just Harlem colors. I was told they don’t have black. If they decorate cakes they should know their color wheel and know what you mix to make black. The cake was just white and orange. I didn’t complain because the manager saw it and asked the girls about why it didn’t have black they said they have gel in black and it doesn’t work good. The cake was still good just only part of Hatlem colors.
