This visit today just confirmed that this is the worst DQ I have ever been to. Got two Blizzards they did not turn upside down and were mixed thinner a shake. Their burgers are as dry as cardboard! NEVER have I gotten fresh off the grill burger. Oh and they were out of Cherries!

Order a cherry slushy for my daughter, as a treat for being good. This is what I got.
All juice and a floating piece of ice on top. I would have rather they told me that their slushy machine was broken, if that was the case. I couldn’t believe they actually handed this to me through the drive thru window. Very disappointed.

Decided to try the new place in town. So terrible. My daughters hot dog bun was moldy. Luckily my wife saw it right away. I called to try to let them know but the guy that answered barely spoke English. I’m not sure he understood why I was calling but said to come come back and get a new one. No thanks. Then I started to eat my sundae and the peanuts on it were stale and mushy. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I have enjoyed DQ’s food each and every time that I have eaten here. Whether it’s been inside or take out. The atmosphere in the restaurant is clean and comfortable with very nice seating outside with an outdoor fireplace.

Love the chicken strip basket! Also the owner is very kind. He sponsored my daughter high school cheer team! Chefs night out fundraiser for the middle school was flawless and successful. Thank you again for everything!

My pick up order is never ready when I get there. They have the ticket sitting there and start the order when you get there. I complained of this before, they acknowledged the complaint, but nothing was changed. I guess if you pre order food from here, be ready to stand around.
