When we ordered our food, they were very quiet and we ordered combo meals and they did not repeat the order back and they never told us our total there so we had to guess and wait until they told us at the window and then they told us to pull up rudely and didn’t even give us our receipt to check it and we waited and noticed they forgot a drink and we told one girl who brought us our food that we were missing a drink and she got us our drink and then we checked the bag and noticed a fry was missing so we told them they forgot a fry and the manager came out and told us we only had one fry and we stated we got combos and she said on the order we didn’t so we wish we got the receipt to check or if they repeated the order back

Great place! The owners are so friendly and helpful, we always love going in and visiting with them. The food is always fantastic. Today they let me try the new summer menu poolside punch twisty misty slush before I ordered. It was yummy I highly recommend it.
My husband the fruity blast dipped cone and he really liked it. Also love the burgers, the shrimp baskets and the fried mushrooms.

I pulled up at 9:55. I didn’t know they were closed as I’m not a local and the signs were confusing (I’m mentally a bit different).. they took my order and were friendly even though did let me know after taking payment and giving my order that they weren’t actually open till 1030. Amazing experience. Good food. Got 2 hot dogs and 2 banana splits and both are good. Huge props to the dude that walked outside to take my order. Hope your business goes really well 🙂

I love this place! The frozen treats are delicious and they don’t skimp on the toppings. I love to swing through there to get my Peanut Buster Parfait. They have done a stellar job staying open and working through the disaster of the flood. I will continue to support this business

Went through the drive thru since it was the only Dairy Queen in the area, and we needed to get something quick. I pull up to the order speaker, no one answers me. And I knew they were open because it was mid-day and there was people inside. So I pull up to the window, and about a minute later an employee opens the window and says in a very rude tone “can I help you?”. After that things okay but still didn’t have great customer service. I’ve never seen a Dairy Queen with such rude employees before.

Our small town Dairy Queen is hands down the best out there! Paul & his family have turned this establishment into a community staple. Not only is the food top-notch, the customer service is second to none. They make you feel like family!
Not to mention- the ice cream is THE best! Our family will continue to support them multiple times a week for years to come

I usually have great service by them but this last trip there I had to repeat my order 3 times. I had to then return to the store because my order was wrong. When I returned to the store I was told I was wrong and I had to pay a second time just to get the correct food. After going back out was still wrong but know I am to tired to go back a 3rd time to try to get the correct things. This time when I went in to get my correct order I was charged for extra just to get the correct food that I ordered. Very disappointed
