I’ve always liked DQ’s ice cream, but this what I got this time, well was a tad bland. It wasn’t what I have come to expect.
I got a small New York Cheesecake Blizzard in the drive thru.
This is the first time I’ve seen a cup with an oversized cap/lid with no opening at the top. And as the ice cream was higher than the cup, opening it in the car would have been a disaster. It was a tad mess at home.
(Nice reply from DQ Fan Relations team, but their “contact us” doesn’t exist on their page they posted. oh well)

The employees at this store are so much nicer. If you can make the extra drive i would definitly go to this store over the one in yorkville .The portions and atmosphere is so much nicer in the montgomery store. Yorkville employees definitly dont like their job.Such a shame.

Very expensive for the little sizes you get. Next time we will just come for ice-cream or maybe not for a long time because they serving sizes for a small and a medium blizzards are ridiculously small. Small blizzard is definitely for small children or elderly. Chicken tenders were so small I could have gotten chicken nuggets from McDonald’s.

Needed a last minute ice cream birthday cake so went to DQ right when they opened at 11:00. Very nice young lady explained and showed us the choices of cakes. We selected the half chocolate half vanilla with a cookie crumble inside. Cake was not personalized but she agreed to do it, even though she was not the cake decorator. She did a nice job, it looked very nice. Cake was delicious, had many requests for seconds. Great service great cake.

Charged for someone elses order, cashier refunded the difference in cash but could not give a receipt for the corrected amount, when asking the manager for a receipt for my order he said he could not provide that and I would just have to take his word for it. Nothing on my receipt was from my order except the amount changed to my card. Confidence level in the negative!!

I decided to stop by Dairy Queen today with my brother to see what all the hype was about, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and friendly service. We both decided to try the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. The breading was perfectly crispy, and the chicken inside was juicy and flavorful. My brother couldn’t stop raving about how good they were, and I have to agree with him wholeheartedly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family. We both agreed that we will definitely be coming back in the future to try more of their menu items. Dairy Queen has certainly earned a spot on our list of go-to restaurants for a tasty and satisfying meal.

!! Be cautious when ordering here as they may not provide complete orders, and phone calls to rectify issues may be met with rudeness and uncooperative staff. Not everyone wants free food , I just wanted my kids food complete double check before leaving this place other wise they wont give you the food your missing and they should check the cameras before assuming something probably the guy who answer me and said he was sure he did put it in my bag was to hungry he wanted the free food . Manager should check this 4/22 at 7:20pm

I ordered burgers, chicken, fries and of course ice cream, this is the cleanest, most professional and friendly dairy queen I have ever been to in all of my life. This place has exceeded my expectations every single time I came here, the same employees who are always polite, professional, and courteous do a great job keeping the quality of the food and ice cream very good and having a clean store speaks volumes as to how the work ethic is here.
