I tried calling our order in a few times but there was no answer. She was late. She had just turned on the grill and had to wait for it to heat up. Food was cheap and tasted like it. Ice cream was good. I’m not interested in going back again.

Second time I’ve come here and service was terrible. My gravy was basically water!!! This time I came thru the drive thru, paid, and then the guy asked me to circle around and get back in line and then my food would be done. Absolutely ridiculous! 0/10 stars!!!! Worst Dairy Queen I’ve EVER been to!

Messy presentation. Slow. AND PETTY! I ordered a rotisserie chicken salad, 3 blizzards, 6pc chicken tenders AND a shake. I spent $39 just for them to charge me $1.50 for extra sauce for the tenders and salad. How can I eat 6 tenders with a 2oz sauce?

Ordered the pumpkin pie blizzard and drove ten minutes home in an air conditioned car. When I got home and pulled the cap off the blizzard it was liquified soup that exploded all over me. It was definitely not presented upside down and no staff were wearing face masks even though we’re in the middle of a pandemic. Skip this place for a better alternative.

Place is alittle ran down. Ordered a medium dipped cone. I think it looks like the lumpy hat from Harry Potter. Terrible presentation! I hope posting this, will help improve training. (I came though the drive thru, about 4pm today on Wednesday May 22nd)

Got home to realize this was in my ice cream… I don’t know what it is but workers need to be more cautious and look what’s inside the cup before filling it with the treat. I ordered a Misty freeze (ice cream and slushie) so it should not look like this

Horrible. Online states this Crete location is open till 930 pm during the week. We arrived at 815pm and ordered at the drive thu. However, attendant told us “Oh no you cannot order a burger we are going to clean our grill right now.” So we had no choice but to order chicken tender meals. Ridiculous!
Pulled up to the window, 2 young ladies working. 1 was laughing, the other with a smirk. We had to wait 6 minutes for our food, time was not communicated. Chicken tenders were EXTREMELY SMALL AND FRIES WERE UNDER A HANDFUL SERVING. Not to mention poor customer service..and LAZY staff.
We will make the drive to Indiana never going back.

Nice place, slow service though. Only two ladies waiting on customers, one in drive thru one at counter. There should be more staff, but not their fault. The ice cream is good, but you could tell by the quality that they were rushed making desserts. I would visit again, but hopefully the manager adds staff to help at the counter and window. Interior needs some updating, kinda blah….

They are very slow. Your ice cream is melted before you get it. They are super expensive. A large blizzard cost almost 7.00. Meals are truly high, too. I can make blizzards at home cheaper.
