When I went through the drive through it was good, by the time I got my food the drink was over filling and leaking out the sides, The fries weren’t fully cooked, they felt half done when I took a bite out of them. Along with that, I ordered a hot fudge sundae, there was only a small amount of fudge in there.

They don’t have vanilla. I wanted chocolate. I mentioned that not having chocolate is half their inventory when the rude worker condescendingly told that most DQ’s don’t have chocolate and only have vanilla. Will not be coming back. Took him 7 minutes to acknowledge we were there at the counter too.

Went through the drive through about 6:45 ordered flame thrower meal large, side of cheese curds and a buffalo chicken basket. But we didn’t get our chicken basket or the flame thrower instead they gave us a strange burger with onion rings on it and a cheeseburger I hope you guys do better next time cuz I get food from you often and this is by far the least satisfied time I’ve been.

The quality of the food has decline drastically! Every time I stop by, the order is always done incorrectly. Today I spent over $20 for two meals and the shrimp was so overcooked all you could taste was burned grease. Management team do not bother responding as nothing is ever done. I am not spending anymore money nor tips at your establishment. Shame on you for not training your staff.

To say this visit was a disappointment, is an understatement. I get that we are short staffed, why we are happy to be patient to get our food. This visit, completely different. 32 minutes wasting gas, in the drive thru, to get cold fries. Not warm, or medium, COLD to the touch fries. Cold to the touch burger and cheese curds. If we are waiting that long, shouldn’t our food be hot? Can’t call, number isn’t set up. Huge disappointment folks.

Ordered a couple blizzards and by the time I got to the Window they were melted. They didn’t tip them over like they are suppose to do, because they knew it would fall out. . I didn’t ask for a milkshake! This has happened 2 or 3 times. Don’t make them so far ahead of time when your busy.

I am not one to write negative reviews about most anything. But I’m HORRIBLY disappointed in every bit of my DQ experience today. After waiting in your drive through line for 20+ minutes (I get that it’s lunch time but come on), I order 2 pretzel sticks and an order of fries with fry sauce. I get to the window to pay, continued waiting there because several of the employees were just standing around (the one actually at the window with MY order/bag was taking another cars order) and I was even able to see one of them (green hair) on their cellphone at the front counter of the store. Finally someone comes over to run my card and hands me my bag. I get to my destination and everything was room temp/cold. AND I DIDNT GET MY FRY SAUCE Please as one of the only (“fast” food) places in Cfalls PLEASE DO BETTER.
