I was happy with the Dairy Queen here in Dillon, MT. The people working there were very nice, the place was clean, and you can’t beat the $6 lunch combos that come with ice cream or a Blizzard upgrade for another $1! Everything we ordered was included in my mobile order. I made my mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived and then waited another 15 after I arrived. However, there were a TON of people in the store at the time so it was understandable that I had to wait. The down side was when we got our food, the fries were cold and tough. I asked for an exchange for fresh ones and they replaced them without any trouble.

I was up charged over $10 for my order. I was giving ONE SINGULAR piece of cheesecake in my blizzard that I paid extra to have. I was charged for 2 large fries with a chicken strip basket (where fries are included) and was only given a regular portion of fries. When we said something to the assistant manager he said there was nothing to do about it. All of our food was cold. Will not be going here for awhile.

It is fast food, you’re not paying for quality you are paying for convenienence. You order and by the time you get to the window, it’s done.
They have lots of options! I’ve never had any issues or complaints from this location. Staff is friendly, my orders have been correct and fast.

Average fast-food and nothing like DQ used to be a couple of decades ago. As with most fast food joints these days, the service is subpar. And for the record we did not appreciate one of the female employees reading us the riot act because we apparently took more than the allowed amount of napkins for our order. She was too concerned with the number of napkins we had at our table rather than making sure our order was correct and satisfactory. We didn’t know there was a posted allotment or ratio of burgers to napkins.

Came through the drive thru and was very disappointed to see a woman in a blue shirt cashiering while on a video call with someone else. I had to wait for 6 minutes to be checked out at the window because one worker was stuck taking orders, and the woman in the blue shirt was too busy talking to whoever to cash me out. Everyone else was doing an amazing job, I hope to revisit again and have a more positive experience. Hopefully this unprofessionalism does not happen again.

My family and I stopped in for lunch on a family outing. I found the restaurant dirty. The floors needed to be cleaned, and 80% of the tables were dirty. I asked for a rag to wipe off our table, and the cashier said she was the only one in the front and she will get to it when she gets to it. This was not the best visit for our family. Today was a much better visit than a few weeks ago when we visited. Could use a little more conversation with staff about friendliness and customer service. Cleaning looked done today versus what we saw last time also.
