Great DQ food. Definitely not fast food like advertised. You’ll sit in line for 30+ minutes in the drive thru or inside and there’s not even a long line. I’d give it a 4 or 5 star if they could speed it up

First time since opening back up, missed a step on my favorite DQ item, the middle section of fudge and peanuts is the best part. And the fudge isn’t warm at all.

Slowest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Watched 4 cars leave. From the time of placing my order to when I actually got all my 6 items was pushing 40 minutes with only one car ahead of me so a total of two cars. On top of that they forget one item. I’ve never got my order correct here. Plan on being here well over an hour if theirs a line. Good, friendly customer service tho. Very apologetic. All young kids thrown on the line.

Husband & I were sitting in booth eating our ice cream. We were told we had to move to other side bc their closing this side up at 5pm. Confusing to us because it was only 2pm. It being a smaller restaurant to begin with. The side that she wasn’t closing only had maybe two tables which were taken. We ended up having to leave. Won’t be back

I asked for a root beer with my medium sized meal. Simple. Right. Right. But it wasn’t. Nothing confusing about the word root beer. The girl gave me a root beer freeze. I never mentioned the word freeze, just root beer and I didn’t want cheese on my burger, and I got cheese. I gave it back to them. Customer service was horrible, they don’t listen to the order AT ALL!!!! And the burger sucked. It was dry, horribly dry. I will not go there again. Too many other good places to go.

By far the slowest dairy queen I have ever experienced. If you’re contemplating on stopping for some food, I would recommend just making the extra drive to either Billings or Sheridan, because you’d probably wait longer in the drive through in Hardin than it would take to get to either town. I don’t know if it’s short staff, or what, but as a small town with limited businesses as it is, very sad to see such terrible service.

Hit the drive through after making an impromptu visit to the vet in town, the customer service at the drive thru was TOP notch and the food was hot and delicious! Best DQ meal I’ve had in a hot minute. I used to work for a DQ so I’m mega picky about how I like my food and this DQ absolutely nailed it!
