The majorly of people here are truck drivers and their lobby is constantly closed we cannot go to drive thru with a semi all we eat here is truck stop food his establishment does not care about truck drivers at all it so sad they don’t care I call to see if I could get a burger and walk thru drive thru they don’t even pick up but you see cars order and go with no problem screw this place and it’s owner.. don’t worry folks McDonalds is opening soon buy bye DQ you going out of business soon worst DQ in North Dakota !!!!!!

Can we talk about the fact that the girls that work the drive thru window are the rudest people I’ve met in my entire life !!!! I wish I knew both their names but Jesus Christ I don’t know how they still have jobs. In a matter of two weeks I’ve gone like 6 times and I’ve had the window slammed in my face , she didn’t even greet me. Just ripped the card out of my hand, handed me my food and slammed the window . Whoever worked 8/29/25 at 7:10 and went to take my order had an attitude from hell and my husband shouted from the passenger seat that she was rude as all get out!! The don’t even give you your receipt. They don’t say anything when you pull up or leave. And they never smile. I’ve met some nasty people in my days but these two are something else !!! And lastly. I went yesterday, and waited 40 minutes. 15 minutes just at the ordering mic to have my order taken!!! DEFINITELY NOT fast food.

No one even attended the drive through making customers think the store was closed. People were pulling up to the window and the employees still didnt go help them. We went inside to have to wait for no reason, lobby was empty, met with very rude staff when we did get to order.

Came in at around 9pm from out of town only to find they were closed. Online hours and the hours on the window stated that they are open till 10. This is not the first time this has happened.
Update: 9/13/2025
Hoping that things had changed, but tonight we were in the drive through half an hour before closing and the people working simply stopped taking orders with 4 cars left in the drive through. We, and the 3 other cars, waited for a while and no employee responded at the speakers. They simply stopped taking orders half an hour before close and then ignored the rest of the customers that had been in line. To clarify, they simply started ignoring cars in the drive through, they did not even say over rhe speakers that they were closing or had stopped taking orders. They simply stopped, half an hour before closing.
Extremely unprofessional and a very unreliable place.

Been here a couple of times and had terrible experiences both times. Terrible service at the drive through window. Forgot about our drinks both times we were there, wasn’t able to go in to get them because the lobby was locked.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Dairy Queen. Hardly any vehicles in line and we waited over an hour to get 4 ice cream items. Dining room was closed so we had to use drive through. No apology for the long wait or anything! Very poor customer service attitude at the window. No hello, and u even had to ask to verify how much my order was and items in my order to ensure we got the right order.

I’d give 0 stars if i could. What is wrong with this DQ lately. Waited in line for 30 minutes to get up to the window and they say there ice cream machine is broken. Other people ahead of us were getting their orders. This has happened more than once!!! They should let people know before they order instead of waste peoples time. Google needs a negative rating system . This place is wretched. Lobby is closed on a Saturday , as well as Friday at 4:45 pm . 9 Cars in drive tru, took 45 minutes to get cheeseburger. Then ! It was given to me fresh out of microwave! You can tell when bread has been heated in a microwave. It’s one of 2 choices to eat in this town , needs to be condemned .

Arrived on Friday night around 5:45. The drive through was packed so we went inside. The employee working the register was very friendly when asked about what his favorite blizzard was. I had decided on an extreme brownie blizzard, but then saw the brownie batter flavor and asked which he preferred. He said the brownie batter. He asked me if I wanted to change the order, which I did. He was happy to make the change for me and didn’t grumble like most people these days do.
Our 2 blizzards, a twist cone, and 2 pup cups were done in record time with smiles on the faces of all. It really is nice to see a group of young people working together as a team and giving excellent customer service at the same time. Thanks for a great experience…it was, after all, my birthday weekend.
