I’m sorry to say that this establishment does not even deserve the one star. I went to pick up an order and not one of the many teenagers working there offered to help. One young lady (who by the way was dressed in very dirty DQ shirt and sweatpants) alerted to what I assume is a manager when I took a picture of their very dirty topping station. I was informed that they had just “cleaned” this area. Other areas were quite dirty as well but I felt that this one picture is proof enough of how unsanitary this place is.

When other DQ locations in town close earlier throughout the summer, this location stays open til 10pm so you can get your ice cream fix. The location isn’t glamorous, but you’ll be satisfied with the quality and speed of service as you watch the late summer sunset with your blizzard of choice!

Took forever in the drive trough. Only 1 car in front of us for 1 small bag of something. We ordered 2 small sprinkle cones. They were starting to melt and bent over. The guy didn’t care at all. I wanted to address it, but then he slid the glass closed right away. I did not have time to park and go inside. Worst service ever!!

Sometimes it’s great here other times not so much. Went there today and ordered 7 dollar chicken meal and got the 7 dollar burger meal and I could barely understand the cashier and his helper, weren’t speaking very fluent English, was never given a cup for my drink and had to grab it myself there was no chocolate on my sundae even though I ordered one plain as day and ate a plain old vanilla sundae and was never asked if I wanted it for here or to-go and had to eat it in the restaurant and I wanted to eat it in my car after driving back to my work. Other times have been ok it’s a gamble every time I go here

My youngest and I had burgers and ice cream here 4/29/24,around 4 pm. It was quite busy and was starting to be chaotic until a women walked through,and very professionally directed the staff to areas needing help. Everything fell into place smoothly. Impressive leadership.The food was great and the staff friendly.

Went through the drive through last night and got blizzards. They had hardly any toppings. I basically paid 12 bucks for vanilla ice cream. Done with this place. Isn’t the first time they have done this. This used to be the best DQ in town. Not anymore.

Went there last night at 7pm(3 hours before closing time). We ordered a chicken tenders meal. They told us they were out of tenders. Then we ordered a chicken sandwich meal. They told us they were out of chicken sandwiches. We then ordered cheese curds. They told us they were out of cheese curds. Could hear giggling in the background. Horrible place staffed by horrible teenagers.
