I went to DQ for a chicken basket. I was surprised at the quality of food and how little they give you for the price you pay. When I went inside the shift lead was super short and you can tell doesn’t have much customer service experience. She rolled her eyes at me, said I don’t know what to tell you. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service here, two years ago I ordered a cake and when asked if they write on them the worker got really upset and said no, no one has time for that, which is why I usually skip this one and will go to the DQ on state street in Bismarck. They are always friendly there and the food quality is always good.

Horribly slow service. Drive thru was not even busy and get asked about my order 3 times. Staff did not give me my drink with the order,was given a blizzard that was overflowing and spilled all over my car! Completely trash service. Been coming here for months but not anymore!

Great service, happy employees. Got a few blizzards but my banana split was wrong, they offered to redo it but there was a line behind me and I didn’t want to make anyone wait longer than needed because of that. I will return.
