Good place to eat for lunch, but apparently the staff are a bit hard of hearing. I ordered two chili cheese dogs without a meal, and received two chili dogs, rather quickly. The guy double checked with me that I requested chili cheese dogs and not the plain chili dogs. Where’s the cheese?? Next time I’ll be asking for a receipt.

In restaurants wonder why they’re closing their doors for lack of business. Not everyone can go through drive through. You don’t deserve to be in business if you can’t maintain the lobby and drives at the same time with just a few people. It was 1130 only one vehicle in the drive through. Not all of us have vehicles that can go through drive through. If you can’t run a business with 2 people you don’t deserve to be in business.

Today was the second time we have been turned away in the past 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago we came to the drive thru and a younger girl came out and told us they close early now that school has resumed. Today was the second we came at 6:30 pm and were told they are no longer taking orders they are to far behind and walked us out locking the doors behind us! Very poor customer service!

I with all over the country is this Dairy Queen the nastiest I’ve ever been to. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket with gravy. Gravy was cold fries were barely warm and the tenders were stale like they were cooked hours ago.

Bought a $40 birthday ice cream cake for my son here. It will be my last time supporting this dairy queen. We asked the manager if he could please put his name on it and happy birthday with the frosting. He came up with a thousand excuses not to help us and that he’s too busy to do it and he’s short staffed. Innthe past he has done it for us without hesitation. His daughter was also walking around the kitchen and and behind the counter and she doesn’t even work there.. He wasn’t doing anything at the time but walking around not accomplishing anything and that we could wait there for 15-20 minutes for him to be done doing what he’s doing but then he’s going to leave right away. This location has poor management and poor customer service. They won’t hire people or even look at their application if they have lots of experience working fast food or if they have been a manager before. Very disappointed in how we were treated as a loyal customer. Get your store running better Lawson!
