Time and again it happened that around 15min to 10min before closing time we take the drive thru and this happend today 10/10/2024 20:19. My husband just got off from work and took the drive thru the staff sees him but ignored him. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME.

The younger staff is very immature. They keep on joking around and doesn’t pay any attention to the customers they are busy with.
We enjoy the food but the staff is the reason we don’t want to support the Langdon branch.

I’ve been here damn near daily for the past few weeks. I’m surprised just 4.2 stars, after living across most of the Midwest this is not only the best DQ I’ve been to, but hands down the best fast food place I’ve been to. The food is the hottest and freshest I’ve ever had for fast food. If you’re a clean freak like me, you can trust the food and hands preparing your meal here, always steaming hot, always fresh. Every. Single. Day. Five stars to the team and manager here. Highly recommend.

A clean and we’ll managed store. The food has always prepared perfectly when I have ordered. The staff are friendly most of the time hehehe. I’ve always enjoyed my visits here, except once when I was 7 and discovered my dislike for fast food tarter sauce…but that really wasn’t their fault.

Very immature staff. Goofing off and joking with each other while trying to take our order. Got our order wrong. Forgot to flip our blizzard when handing to my son. My son points it out and they all yell at the kid that handed him the blizzard and acted like they couldn’t do anything about it.

Lisa, has a lot of personality and pleasant. The resturante exstreamly clean you can almost eat off the floor in the bathroom. the food was cooked fresh and mmm good. So yes I do recommend this “DQ” remember to give it a “5” thumbs up

Excellent item promotion pricing on menu selections. The usual Dairy Queen ice cream offerings, all the old favorites. Inside seating as well as drive thru for your convenience, friendly staff & reasonable preparation time of ordered items.

The staff was friendly which I always appreciate, but I ordered three blizzards (Choco extreme, turtle pecan, and chocolate chip cookie dough) and got home with them and all three were prepared wrong (missing things or some items in the wrong blizzard). I paid for extra “good stuff” in my Choco extreme blizzard and they put it in my dad’s and his didn’t have any cookie dough. Then the nuts from my moms were in his and hers only had caramel. 🙁 Mildly disappointing after getting home.

This Dairy Queen is electric. You will not find a cleaner fast food restaurant in the state of North Dakota. The food is always fresh. The customer service is always accommodating. The owners know how to run a stand up store. God bless the Langdon Dairy Queen.
