The staff is awesome. I wish there was cover and plants with a mist on hot days for the outside tables. More students would hage out here. I think all customers would love it. That would provide more room, therefore more customers. Just a idea

I went through their drive-thru, and got a Peanut Buster Parfait. There was hardly any ice cream in the container, so I went back around and asked to speak with the manager.
He opened the window and said, “What’s up?”. Really? You’re going to start off a customer complaint with that? Wrong move, junior! I get that you’re only 20, but treat your customers with more respect!
I told him about my issue, and he said that they make them according to weight. I asked him to please remake it, and he acted like it was the biggest inconvenience of his life!
When they handed back to me my remade parfait the result was just as bad (if not worse) than the original one. Last time I’ll ever go to this place!

AWFUL experience. I Go to Dairy Queen DAILY. This was the absolute worst experience I have had. Terri “Manager of 4 stores” went off about me asking for a side. I asked why I couldnt have my sides and she said because it isnt allowed. I explained I came all the way there specifically for my ice cream with the side and she rudely said absolutely not and said they dont offer it. I again asked why and she said because they cant ring it up. I explained they can and do daily as that exact topping and she said “well they arent supposed to, and I am the manager of four stores and that will be changing” – I asked for the number to complain and she said she is the highest it goes so I again asked and she said to google it myself. I went directly to the other store and got my sides. I can add topping too my ice cream and they charge it, I simply asked for it to be on the side because I dont want it mixed in and she lost it in front of other customers. “Terri Manager Of Four Stores” should NOT be managing four stores. I will be “Googling the franchise number” and complaining. I Manage and run businesses in customer service. Even if you choose to not sell something, there is a way to express that without being disrepectful. ALL toppings etc can be added to the side anywhere you go. This was just ridiculous.

Sub par customer service. Went here to order a blizzard. Only the top 1 inch was the blizzard flavor I asked for, otherwise the rest was all plain vanilla to the bottom. Need to be better trained on how to have customer service and how to mix a blizzard.

This was my first visit to this DQ. I was really impressed. It was clean and organized. I got my order quickly and while I ate I noticed how nice the workers were to customers at the counter, but also to each other. That doesn’t happen by accident. Good job hiring, training, and motivating. A pleasant experience and good meal!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. The only real complaints come from the visit today when there was a black hair in my blizzard as well as I never received the additional ranch I paid for. Other than the poor visit on today’s visit, the location is usually on point. They’re relatively quick and usually are on top the game when giving what you ask for. I really dislike paying for extra sauces anywhere to begin with however, and it’s even worse when you pay for them and don’t get them. I will never understand why additional sauces are more at certain places. $0.51 for a tiny ranch is crazy. Get with the times. Chick Fil A is free for sauces and their prices are comparable if not cheaper.
