We always go through the drive and get ice cream cones. They are always creamy and thick and tasty. The crew there are always si nice and have a smile on their face.

Asked the kids for a large fry and didn’t even get a small. Clearly need to have older people working with them as they don’t know what they’re doing. The food is almost never fresh and when you ask for sauce cups they almost never give it to you. Tables are always dirty.

Me and my husband came through for 2 original burgers, 2 fries, a cone and a blizzard, at 8:34pm tonight and were told they couldn’t make such a big order because they wanted to close early. When asked to speak with the manager we were told there wasn’t one present. I really hope this gets figured out because they often close early and I know they’re always busy. As someone who works in food/service I am appalled at the laziness.

Good eats, clean seats and great staff. Stopped for a quick bite to eat on our way through. They have a nice grassy area to let the kiddos burn off some steam.

I placed a delivery order on the DQ app. It says nothing about Ubereats. I waited and called after the time expired. DQ then told me Ubereats would have to pick it up. They need someone older working there because when I went to pick it up they didn’t care nor could they help with the delivery fee refund. Completely useless. I haven’t seen such poor business practices and stupidity from an establishment.

The professionalism of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. After paying almost 5 bucks for a chocolate milkshake, I always thought it was make with chocolate ice cream and just blended, no, it’s vanilla with chocolate syrup added, no problem, but, when you order a chocolate shake and then they give it to you and it’s still a vanilla color with syrup stuck on the bottom, nah, I’m good.
