Food was cold. I worked at a Hardee’s the burgers had a shelf life the burger here was way passed that. Ordered no ketchup no onions it had both Fries not much better. Won’t eat here for awhile now. Small town not many choices. Just hope it’s better in a month or 3.

Usually during lunch, every couple of days, my girlfriend and I enjoy getting dairy queen. We order the same thing every time, i normally get a cheeseburger without mustard. Sometimes we have gone through and they have given us too many straws and no spoons vise versa. Sometimes they forgot ranch in our bag or mustard off my burger. This was inconvenient but we could move past it and continue eating. The other day we went through the drive through and got the same thing we always do. After parking and opening my burger i realized THERE WAS NO PATTY IN MY BURGER. There was cheese on the bread and pickles and ketchup, no mustard though, but no patty (pictured) . We headed back to the store and when we went inside and told the lady at the counter, she laughed? As a constant customer, i am NOT laughing. How do you forget the main ingredient of the burger? Also not to mention, the new burger had mustard on it.

2 days ago I went to this Dairy Queen to purchase a banana split. I was told “unfortunately we do not have bananas right now” I was like “okay fair it happens.” Today I’m still really wanting a banana split not really wanting to make a drive if I don’t have to so I called, talked to Tiffany. I asked if they had the banana for the banana splits today to which Tiffany responded have a nice day and hung up. So I was like maybe she didn’t hear me so I made the drive to this Dairy Queen location. I walked in and watched employees text on their phones and laugh amongst each other for a bit before I was finally approached by an employee, and I ordered a banana split. To which a lady glasses, dark hair, gray shirt, probably the manager and probably the Tiffany I talk to on the phone, walked up and interrupted her employee to tell me well we have bananas but they’re really brown. I tried to explain how I just called to clarify if they have or do not have bananas for a banana split and I got hung up on. Her response was “Here??” pointing at the ground, “Here? At our store?” Yes ma’am, you are the Dairy Queen on canyon lake road? I left without my banana split again. I’ve never had problems with DQ or anyone named Tiffany but something must be done about this Tiffany’s disrespect. Man I was just trying to get a banana split, how hard is it to communicate that you can’t make a banana split??

Food was fine… once you finally get it. Service is awful, however. First off… The lady at the front was so slow, had no emotion and you couldn’t hear anything she was saying. I ordered a blizzard and they never called out my number after 20 minutes. I mentioned it to one of the workers and I said I was waiting on my order to which he looked at the screen and said ok and looked like he was going to make it. So I wait there and watched the whole time and after 10 more minutes… nothing. Finally I go to the front and kindly see if I can get my money back since I needed to leave. I go up to the counter and another man who looked like the manager looked at my receipt and rudely said to me “ oh that was sitting there and melting all over the place… we finally threw it away. I’ll make another one though!” and he slammed a cup down and made my blizzard. I was standing there the whole time and neither my number nor my order was ever called out! They must have mixed up the numbers or the name or something?? I couldn’t believe how rude he was to me. After spending over 30 dollars here and waiting so long, I’m extremely disappointed in how rude and unprofessional the employees are. I used to love coming here with my Grandma back in the 90s.. so many great memories. But this one time kind of ruined it for me which is pretty sad. I won’t be coming back here for quite some time or until there is new management and employees. So disappointed.

The food was ok. And the service was good.
I do have to say the atmosphere is so much better with out the guy manager that was there. He always chewed out his customers. I’m so glad he’s gone!!

They were closed, cleaning and no longer taking orders about 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Love their ice cream but every time we visit, the wait is ridiculous, and the staff seems miserable. The drive through seems to be busy every time we visit yet the restaurant seems to be understaffed every visit. Do better for your employees so they can do better for your customers.

Why have a burger menu if you only sell soup more sauce than burger
2:20 pm on a Monday it was not busy I was the only person in the lobby and 1 car in drive through I just have enough time to wright this before going back to work

Dairy Queen is one of the only fast food restaurants in town that I actually enjoy. The chicken tender dinner with gravy hits the spot every time. And you can follow it up with a Blizzard. Not any little bit healthy, but it is delicious.
