I recently stopped here during a work trip and talked with the manager about an upcoming youth mission trip I would be one of the sponsors on and he and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our big group and they got our food and ice cream out extremely fast!! Planning ahead can make all the difference and this manager and his staff were prepared well and it was much appreciated!!

They ignored a request by a member in my party with an egg allergy and put mayo on their sandwich. The worker that served us was also later seen with their shirt pulled up picking inside their belly button. They also locked us in the store. At least they remade the sandwich when asked, but still denied that the original request was ever made. The food was tasty before we saw the health code violation behind the counter going at their bellybutton. That was an immediate appetite annihilator.

The staff is friendly and we got great tasting food very fast. I loved it in there. Their pop machine screen is a little worn down, but other than that it’s wonderful. The bathrooms were very clean when we used them, too

I love going to this DQ they are thoughtful and so friendly. Granted, I take my client in a lot, but they even remember to cut the milk carton to make it easier to pour. They are so thoughtful!!! Good food and excellent ice cream.

Don’t buy the chicken strips here unless you want chicken nuggets, seriously they we’re barely bigger then my thumb. And the gravy you order to dip in is half full so I ordered another one that came the same half full and the charge for it. Go up the road a little bit more to McDonald’s, there chicken strips are big and taste better. Much better price. Sorry but the new owners have ruined this place for me and my family. Never anywhere to sit as well. They took out whole most half the seating for some crazy decoration divider.

Service was super slow. Sat waiting for food quite awhile. Saw it was prepared sitting on shelf. Finally recived, but was was cold and messy with all the mustard on it.

Ordered in drive threw so atmosphere wasn’t something I experienced
Flamethrower burger was blah
No flavor except the sauce. Didn’t even have hamburger taste. There was nothing no seasoning at all
It was also Warmed up in microwave as usual for however long
Onion rings where crispy but noting special
Got a butterfinger chunky as well ( yea I know I am fat) All of the butterfinger was completely minced down.
Had maybe 10 pieces that was the size of a tic tac. Maybe. Maybe slightly bigger
Would be nice to actually have some chucks to chew instead of little specs mixed throughout

We were SHOCKED at how fast our order was completed. The hamburger actually covered the bun too!! Chicken salad was excellent! We’re from Iowa and our DQ’s could learn a LOT from Winner’s DQ. Thanks!!!

I love the some of the food and the ice cream but every time I come here the staff is always very rude (including the manager) and the fries are ALWAYS cold. The fact that I have to ask for fresh fries and then the staff roll their eyes and act like it’s a big deal isn’t worth the money I pay for the food. Aren’t you suppose to be nice and polite to customers???? Could use some customer service training! I have worked with Pizza Hut for 6 months and even when we got yelled at or cussed out, we always had to remain calm and polite. DQ employees need to learn the same because if I acted in the same manner they do, I would’ve been fired.
