I was so excited to go to DQ since it had been so long. When placing our order we were directly greeted with cursing from the grill area about the size of our order ( food for 5) then fat shamed for ordering food in the first place. They cursed the whole time they had to make our order then proceeded to start eating right in the food prep area.

Waited until the lobby was full of highschoolers and one order was done to tell us that my food was sold out and just gave us a refund instead of any attempt to actually make it right and provide a meal. Had no desire to wait for two schools to order and get food to try to order something else as I only have a 30 minute lunch break that was already over.

25 minutes and Got a Microwaved burger because of a grill issue and they didn’t let me know it was gonna be a heated up burger. They heated the burger up to a million degrees and just called it good. Took forever and could’ve been easily solved. Food is usually decent here, keyword decent

Went right when opened they asked if mind waiting a few mins which was fine. When we began to order the tone of voice that was used by the person seemed as if they were annoyed when we ordering exactly how we wanted without them having to ask all the questions for sides and drinks. Most customer service people would be happy to speed up the drive thru with people knowing what they want and being ready.

The line at the drive through was quite long, but this place kicked out the food quick. They have a great crispy chicken salad at Dairy Queen. The caramel moolatte is also a favorite. Very impressed with the food and service.
