We stopped by this location while passing through Redfield and had a great experience. The restaurant is super easy to find right on West 3rd Street, so you really can’t miss it. Inside, it has that classic, cozy American diner feel that makes you feel right at home. I was particularly impressed with the service; the staff was very friendly and efficient, so our food came out in no time. The place is well-maintained and clean, and the Blizzard was perfect—thick and loaded with toppings. It’s a fantastic spot to grab a bite and recharge during a road trip!

I’ve had a really great experience here! The staff are amazing—always friendly, hardworking, and doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. The fries are consistently perfect , and the place always feels very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The customer service is also excellent, making every visit pleasant.
The only small thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the sauces don’t come out exactly right, but honestly that’s understandable when the place gets really busy. It happens! A quick reminder to the workers usually fixes it. Overall, the team does a fantastic job, and I always enjoy coming back. Keep up the great work! ❤️

We stopped in on our way to North Dakota. The weather was windy, snowy and absolutely freezing, but the dining room was clean and warm. One of our party had an issue with her order and we were very well taken care of. She was able to get something different to eat with no problem. The staff was amazing in helping us out of towners! Will definitely be back the next time we come through town.

Just left this location on total disgust. The smell was almost enough to make me sick walking in. The lobby floors looked as of they hadn’t been cleaned in days, as did the lobby soda machine. There were at least 6 different crew members on duty and none even thought about picking up a broom and mop. In order to not cause conflict I did not push any of my concerns with the manager Jill. I love dairy queen food and blizzards but this location is truly not up to par woth what the standards should be.

Got here a little after noon, got a 4 piece chicken Basket and 2 for $4 cheese burgers. I opened my burger to find a bread bag clip in with the burger. And the 4th chicken strip was about the size of a quarter.

The food was SO good. I could tell it was made to order. The fries were crispy and so yummy and the prices are super reasonable. Service leaves something to be desired and the lobby was honestly so dirty. I worked at DQ and I know it can be hard to maintain a clean lobby but there were enough crew members to do so. Staff wasn’t friendly at all.

Lobby needed attention. Order was wrong. Slow (15 min no one but me in store at time my order was taken. Those after me received their food first)….food was slightly warm. I would be standing at counter for several minutes with employees backs to me. The ice cream was amazing?

Had an amazing crew wait on us at lunch and food came out fast & hot. When I went up for our ice cream it was in cup in the freezer and a crew member told another what to top them with before I could…and he didn’t take our order. This group works well together. Thanks!

Amazing workers, fries are always on point, very sanitary, great customer service, just need to work on getting sauces out correctly, but it can be hard when busy just remind the workers ❤️❤️

Went through drive thru. Such a really nice young man worked the drive thru. Only if there were more like him. Made our long drive much better. The sundae was good too.
