My first time going to a chill and grill in probably 20 years and things have changed and not for the better! Where we live about an hour away we only have a chill, which is a huge disappointment to say the least I mean yes their ice cream and they’re blizzards and their ice cream cake and their dilly bars are like completely amazing and I always have these new flavors of the month to try and they’re also amazing but who doesn’t like to have those wonderful fries or the double bacon flamethrower I believe it was called now that has been the most impressive hamburger I’ve ever had and that includes the expensive restaurants where you’re paying like 30 $40 for one burger so in that route dairy Queen is definitely a top hit. This time it was a definite head again for my daughter but my son and I gave a eehh it’s okay.

The girl took my order than literally walked past me with it. When I asked where my food was because I was on a time limit, she did not know and then informed me it was given to someone else. I asked for a refund because I did not have time to wait for food to be re-made. Manager also took her time coming to the front.

Long time patron at this location. Blizzards were awesome here. Recently every blizzard our fam gets has just what we ordered on top and the bottom is just plain old ice cream. A mcflurry has more ingredients. Machine or staff is the issue? Don’t care, spending my money elsewhere going forward.

Just a DQ. Cool treats, hot eats. Stoned staff rarely make eye contact. I think all the males here were iPad kids and the girls are rather normal and sporty, but they don’t help with customer service… they spin out the product. The burgers and fries lowered the score. Ice cream is great.

My kids won free cones for reading in school. We choose this Dairy Queen because it was recommended by a friend. When we ordered the cones they acted like it was an inconvenience when we pulled up to the window as you can see in the pictures those are the cones we received when I asked if that’s what a small cone truly looks like and if they had taken the classes that Dairy Queen employees are supposed to take as a former Dairy Queen employee myself quit taking classes on how to properly make a Dairy Queen cone the manager went back and said that is not a proper cone as you can see in another photo they’re the manager went and made the all chocolate cone and he calls that the Dairy Queen cone I’m very disappointed in Dairy Queen and he was very rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for them to even have to make the cones.

This dairy queen was more than accommodating to our big family! And they made the most amazing cake for my daughter! They forgot to ask what color i wanted the writing so they waited for us to pick up and asked and got it done right then! Great customer care!! Wonderful staff!!
