The staff here are always warm and inviting. They allow me to bring my service dog in and provide her with a pup cup. The store is clean, and very well maintained. Hands down one of the best locations I have seen.

The young slim dark hair girl was rude (Anastasia I think). We pulled into the drive through and she did not want to take our order. Her attitude was awful along with how she responded. She was working drive thru around 1:30pm on mar 5th. I do not recommend eating here and will be letting friends and family know not to either. My guess is they will end up like Wendys did.

We get there not really busy 1-3 cars in drive through and 2 door dashes waiting inside. We waited for about 10 minutes just for our order to be taken, the lady just sat there and kept looking at us. Then proceeded to walk up to us and say “ugh no one told me you were here” in the rudest way possible the also rolled her eyes at us like we did something wrong. Me and my 2 friends just sat there waiting for them to come to us didn’t say anything to them because we obviously saw that they were picking and getting busy. But she also sat there and looked at us and didn’t say ok please wait a second or anything which made us pretty mad. We didn’t order much just got 2 small blizzards 1 large one and a large fry. I got mine within 5 minutes my friends on the other hand had to wait 25 minutes for theirs. We had to ask for the large fry which were sitting on the table in the back cold. Before we asked though she was sitting in the back with an iPad and rolled her eyes again. When she got the new fry she grabbed them with her bare hand and put them in the bag. Just a bad experience someone needs to talk to the staff there. There was also only 3 people working so it could be short staff

We went there this evening and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger meals. We waited over 25 minutes, and our food still wasn’t there. We went up to the counter and the employee had to ask the kitchen where the food was and it been placed on the warmer for quite some time and not brought out. We asked for our money back and went to another place for supper. For this time of the night, there were multiple tables that had not been wiped off. Extremely disappointed as there are so so many places in town to eat, particularly on a Sunday. Probably it’ll take a lot for us to come back.

Waited in drive through for them to even take my order for a good 10 minutes with only 2 cars in line already at the window. Proceeded to the window and this lady just took the money from me and went to put my order in a bag but decided to just throw it all in there and start talking crap to her co workers and proceeded to hand it to me very rudely with the bag crumpled. Called the manager and all she told me to do was leave a review so here I am
Also they gave me one piece of chicken. My chicken is cold. And my ranch is spilt in the bag! What a great night

Dirty. They close early. Online it says they close at 1030p on a Saturday. This is inaccurate seeing as their doors are locked at 945. And they don’t take orders at the drive through after 945pm.
UPDATE: Went for a medium chocolate dipped cone… looks just like the advertisement!!!!!!! That’s sarcasm incase anyone misunderstood…

What happened to this DQ?
Took 10 minutes to even begin our order, a simple order as 3 ice cream and we can’t even comprehend? Proceed to wait 15 minutes as the people in front of us had to walk up and ask about their to go order the lady threw the receipt in the trash as all the stuff is sitting there waiting to be served processed to wait for my ice cream … walked out without ice cream.

The people who work at this, Dairy Queen, make it phenomenal. Despite Dairy Queen, discontinuing the s’more shake, The staff here go above and beyond by using their cool treat expertise to concoct them from scratch.

Floor was so sticky when we walked in my sandal came off. We then waited over 5 minutes for someone to be at the register to wait on us. We got 2 blizzards and waited 20 minutes. At one point I stood up to see the cook looking at her phone instead of working and 2 people just standing there by the drive thru doing nothing. I asked if anyone was working because we were still waiting. When I called the employee out for being on her phone she just shrugged and walked away. There were customers standing there waiting for service. Four couples walked out without service. My blizzard was runny. All the tables were dirty and one customer’s kid got a rag to wipe off the table his parent and grandparents wanted to sit at because no employee would do it. I told someone people were leaving and she shrugged and just said sorry and walked off like no big deal.
