My boyfriend and I went in tonight to get ice cream and we stood inside for 15 minutes before we were helped. There were 4-5 employees up front and they all weren’t doing anything. While we were there the ice cream machine states making this loud noise and an odd smell started to fill the space and all the employees were just laughing about it, very unprofessional. We almost asked for our money back like the customers after us did. The ice cream I had tasted off from what i usually get and it was very short on the mix ins. Manager needs to fix the attitudes and the customer service with these specific staff members that worked tonight.

Me and my wife went through drive through and ordered chicken strip baskets. When I opened my food I found not only the wrong chicken flavor but it had onion rings as well. I am unaware if I received another customers food but due the the fact my sauce was correct I can only assume they decided not even to check if the food they were giving me was right at all. Make sure to check your food whenever you visit this establishment because they won’t make sure your food gets to you correctly.

Just not for us we have had multiple bad experiences their , with their food prep and attitudes from employees, definitely not a place I would recommend,..but alot of people love them and they do sell some good things , but just not a good place for my family and I…my bottom bun was so soaked in sauce that the samwitch was not edible….very frustrating

Ordered for 5 people, was first in drive through when it opened, was given drinks and ask if I would pull up front and they would bring it out -at 20 minutes later went in to see why we hadn’t gotten our order while others that came after us in drive through got their orders. Was not happy was told they had a spill on the floor and that the person at drive through had to help- there were 3 people up front, two in back cooking and the window person with one cleaning up with a mop the 3 up front were not doing anything. Would think beings we were the first to order that our order would be done way before the four cars behind us got theirs, and not take 20 minutes to where they were just boxing it up when I walked in. Very disappointed with the service and no one in charge. The guy didn’t even know the Managers name. Unsatisfactory! By the way this isn’t the first time service was bad, and I probably won’t go back for quite sometime.

I ordered a kids’ meal with just cheese on the burger. We had been on the road all day and picked the drive-through. Once on the road everything was on the sandwich and he was not going to eat an everythong burger. I realized my toast in my chicken basket was plain, not grilled or buttered. It was not good at all. The chicken was hot and fresh, but I really needed the order to be right for my son. I can overlook things, but kids are picky. Needs better follow through with order.

Attitude of employees are not good quality of food not good. Not going back Vermillion DQ. I’ll drive the 25 miles to Yankton. Typical Vermillion service.
Cake was not worth $5 the way it was thrown together by a kindergartener.

I’m not happy I placed an order on the app on my way home and they still got my food wrong and won’t answer the phone it’s ridiculous for the money I paid. I should get what I actually ordered. I’m sorry but a double cheeseburger with only one patty. It’s not a double. This is why I don’t normally order food here. Because I don’t get what I ordered and I shouldn’t have to go back and forth to get my food.

This is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food, tried ordering through the app. Went to pick up order, our estimated pick-up time in the app was 8:25 and we didn’t get our order until well after 8:50. Come to find out (after already getting home) that my burger was incorrect and they didn’t include napkins or straws for our slushees. We honestly wouldn’t have made a fuss if it was just the burger being messed up, but we had no other way to enjoy our slushees so we decided to come back through the drive through. They had us pull forward without giving us any napkins or straws still, and when they walked out with the remade burger 5 minutes later, they still didn’t include napkins or straws. So once again we asked, to which they apologized, went inside, and quickly brought us napkins only. At this point we just decided to cut our losses and went to McDonald’s instead to get our straws. Food was mid and wasn’t even worth all the trouble. Crazy how unprofessional the employees were
