9 times out of 10 if you specifically asked for your food to be plain don’t be surprised if your items come to you with the toppings you specifically asked to be removed on it because they lack common sense and not to mention poor management skills

I ordered online yesterday on the 9th after closed, and they were closed and I had no way to get my online order. AND I still got charged for the food I didnt get, im really mad and dont think ill be getting dq anytime soon in the future. Like what the hell guys, dont have the app say your open if im unable to collect it. And no, I don’t have a car so I was unable to get it through the drive through.

EDIT: This was a few months ago.
Although the food is usually fine, I ordered two large blizzards that required vanilla ice cream. They were out of vanilla, so they just used chocolate without consulting me, and they were awful. And then they wouldn’t give me a refund for them after how bad they were. The food was incredibly sloppy, and the sauce and toppings were everywhere by the time we got it.

One of the few Dairy Queen locations where the soft serve ice cream is delicious and dense. Most of the other locations in the big cities are fluffed up with air. Here the product is excellent. Clean dining room with nice kids behind the counter. I found myself buying a lot of their soft serve. I will miss this location returning to Minneapolis suburbs. Don’t change this item and thank you DQ!!!

I love the food! The staff is very kind and generous. The atmosphere is kind of dull, but it can’t always be perfect. I always go there, and it gets better every time, and last time, they got a new drink machine, which is very cool.

I dislike Dairy Queen because their prices are really high! And, the last time I was there, I ordered only two meals, and it took them over 20 minutes to get it to me. I realized they just switched owners, but those new owners should know how to run a store during the dinner rush. I work in fast food and would never let anyone wait that long, unless it took that long to cook something they wanted; which no item at Dairy Queen takes that long to cook. I’ve worked at Dairy Queen before also. And when I have a customer waiting, I like to tell them that they’re waiting for something and why. The problem with dairy queen, the last time I ordered was, they didn’t tell me anything, I just stood there waiting for over 20 minutes.

Ok i understand they have staffing issues, but really how hard is it to post on the doors that its “take out only, dining room closed”… we went in and like dummies went to order then realized that the dining room was not just blocked off on one side (as for cleaning) but completely blocked off. My wife, who is having mobility issues, really didn’t need the additional steps in and waiting until staff told us of the closure… We went elsewhere to eat.

I can’t stay quiet about how incredibly rude these workers are.. I have a psychiatric service dog, perfectly groomed, perfectly behaved. I don’t even dine in. I pick up mobile orders and sometimes when I have to I make an order at the counter when the app isn’t working properly. They look at me and treat me like I’m disgusting or something. This past time before asking me if he was a service dog they told me I couldn’t be in there and that they just weren’t going to take my order.. in the rudest way. They did after I told them but she didn’t seem happy about it. I felt pretty embarrassed in front of several customers and decided to wait outside for my order. I just picked up an order again and a worker ran to the door with my food and told me not to come in. Didn’t even get a chance to ask for ketchup like I intended. there is no reason for this behavior. I am extremely polite. I don’t cause any kind of inconvenience to anybody! The workers are just a bunch of stuck up little brats..
