Today was probably one of my best experience I have had at this Dairy Queen. Often when I come to the South Moorhead Dairy Queen I need to search out and find a clean table and it is often uncomfortably cool. Today however the store was clean and the climate inside was comfortable. In the summer I remember a few times going outside to their seating area just to warm up.
Today I used the app and had a buy one Grill Burger get the other free. The burgers were perfectly done and prepared as if they were going to be in a photo shoot.

It was hard to decide what to get because it was my first trip to Dairy Queen in a couple years. They didn’t have the menu lit up at all and they didn’t have the sign lit up either so it was hard to find the place at first. So I ordered mostly from memory. I found out later they had some good seasonal blizzards like pumpkin pie and s’mores that I would have ordered had I been able to read the menu. The person I was with got her favorite chocolate brownie extreme or some such and it was supposed to be made with chocolate ice cream but they used vanilla. No complaints on my Heath bar blizzard though it was just as I remembered it. Next time I go to Fargo I might try a different location.

Did an online order was supposed to be ready at 8:46 and get there doors are locked. Lobby isn’t even supposed to be closed yet so have to go through the drive thru and 10 cars in front of me and takes over 30 minutes to get up to the window. I would have left but already paid online. Need to stop going to this Dairy Queen isn’t my first time having an issue at this location.

Placed a online order. Picked up at time stated drove home 3 blocks away. My 3 sandwich were ice cold. Didn’t know I was picking up refrigerated food?
Ever time I go here they are out of something. Last time they were out of Reese’s, Hot fudge and Oreo.

My wife was very disappointed and wanted to try the new flamethrower chicken tenders, with 2 sauces and got regular tenders and 1 sauce and she is pregnant and very angry. Terrible follow through.

No chili for making a chili dog… okay then a single cheeseburger with only cheese nothing else. I am given one with everything (not what I asked for). Other burger placed via mobile app asked to remove tomato. I am given tomato. Other times recently frequently out of bottled water.

Food has really gotten expensive here these days lately. It’s kind of hard for me to accept that what I pay for the price of 1 blizzard, I could in turn (for the same price!!) instead-get a whole bucket of ice cream, plus the toppings for what they charge for their large blizzard!!! That’s insane to me, but I guess you could say that that’s the price of convenience nowadays!!?!

Dirty lobby with overflowing trash cans. Watched an employee who looked unwashed (and smelt bad when they took my order) touch a customers fries with their bare hands to test the temperature of a very late order. I got my blizzard and it tasted good along with the fried. A few hours later my stomach hurt like I had been punched and I threw up the food and immediately felt better.
I would never eat here again and I do not recommended anyone does. I also recommend that employees practice basic hygiene. Waste of my money, time, and made me vomit.

Only five cars in line no one inside and the line wouldnt move at all it took 30mins. Also how is two small blizzards $15 thats insane amount of money for only smalls i could only imagine a large blizzard itself being $15

This DQ and there are many around here is closest to my home. I like going there for that reason. It’s always friendly but not very fast service. It has Orange Julius products as well as DQ ice cream and foods. I wanted to try new fruity dipped cone and also got the new fruity slushy. Both were delicious. The cone a bit sloppily made. The staff though asked me at my table how I liked my food very nice friendly place. A good place for families. There is whole freezer of treats and birthday cakes too. I’m not going to quit going here anytime soon. The drive thru though always faster than eating in.
