I came in for a pickup order and the guy was about to grab my food after changing the garbage.
However the guy in the kitchen stopped him in time and told him to wash his hands.
I give 5 stars for this. I have been to plenty of places in the area that I will not return to that nobody has said anything, like it’s a “normal” occurrence.
You know they train well when a team member isn’t afraid to speak up for what’s right even if it might be embarrassing.

Service was good but a long wait as the young man was too busy serving tables and taking orders for all the people. They should have another person helping at the counter. Management hiring issue. Workers were doing the best they can. Kids cone order after our meal is now at 15 minutes and still waiting…

This place is unreal I sure wish the workers would actually do their job correctly!! Their to busy playing around and not listening I have been taking my kids throughout this year you think if you’ve complained once they listen not more then 5 times. I have called and complained every time they forget something fries are more times cold then hot I have not received napkins in any of my bags I got chicken strips they forgot them instead of giving them to me she gave me a coupon for a burger! The gravy is never in the box and all 3 last times being here they did let give me all my drinks can’t run a proper restaurant shut it down.

Just went out to eat for dinner and ngl worst food ever, 3 workers with 1 dine in and 2 drive thru. Didn’t get my food for 20ish min while drive thru time is 5 to 8min, food came out cold/old didn’t look fresh at all. Had a smell to the chicken like it was old or raw. Fries were already stail. + didn’t look like they had certified manager on shift. 6/10

Second time this happened to me but ordered a malt with extra malt mix didn’t have any in it they gave me a shake. Not to mention it was milk by the time they gave it to me!! Ok so update on this review. I gave you another chance and them kids you have working there are ridiculous. I just got home from ordering there again they forgot my ranch but that’s a whatever they gave me the wrong burger im so mad I hope you guys get shut down!!

Good, clean, DQ. Their burgers have never been my favorite but that’s not a knock on the quality of this DQ but on the franchise as a whole. Chicken tender sandwich was good, fries were delicious, and the ice in the soda machine is the smaller balls that you can crunch on. Good experience and the staff were friendly, I just wish they would rework their burgers to make them palatable.
